- PMPatrick MurphySep 16, 20265.0Fast service, excellent communication. Technicians fully diagnose the issue before the repair and message you for approval. No surprise charges. Would recommend to anyone with a European vehicle.

- CFClaire ForcierSep 1, 20265.0It was only my first time of SAF-T Auto and it definitely will not be my last.. I went to have an issue resolved with my tire pressure sensors, and I waited for the service to be done.. While sitting in the waiting room, both myself, and the person with me were very impressed with the interaction between the technicians and the service advisors, as well as with the customers… Anyone who phoned in got a full disclosure about what to expect when they arrived and as far as prices and what type of service and warranties, etc…. The full price of my service was disclosed to me and explained before they did the work, And the service was done in a reasonable amount of time. I will definitely be returning and I recommend Saf-T Auto highly to others too

- CDCory DeLiseAug 20, 20265.0Sometimes you walk into a business and have your faith in humanity restored. My daughter and her dad bought 4 tires at a midwest tire chain store in Ohio during the course of a cross country drive. They were the cheapest and, apparently, the most difficult to find tires imaginable. They bought the warranty which was supposed to have nationwide coverage. Fast forward two months later, the tire has a blowout. We called to try and take advantage of the warranty and were told that chain doesn't do business in CT. We were given 3 shops here to try and get the work done. Two were very far from us so we chose SAF-T. These guys spent nearly 45 minutes with me calling the warranty hotline, researching trying to find the tires, educating me on so many details and scenarios - it was amazing. Basically, they knew from the start that they were not going to be able to do business with me but they still treated me like family, going through the whole process, helping me understand the complexity of the decision, and then guiding me toward the best course of action. I don't think I've ever felt so well-treated and respected as a female customer in the automotive sphere and am delighted to recommend this shop wholeheartedly. Thank you again to the team at SAF-T!!!
