  The manager was awesome I think his name was Brian I definitely go back but I feel bad for them short-handed you could tell and way too hot to be working in those mechanics Bays about giving them a little central air in there I think it would pick up the morale and I think they would get more done especially if they had more help every time I go that I always look shorthanded but they never complain

  These pros are great at saving the day when your brakes start failing coming off the highway on your way to a wedding. Matt, the Service Manager, provided great updates and amazing service. We made it to the wedding and he had our Jeep ready for us to leave on time on Sunday. Matt and his team worked hard this weekend and really made a huge difference for my wife and me. Definitely can't say enough about how much we appreciate them dealing with this emergency call right before closing and the quick turnaround!

  Horrible service all around. Went to get an alignment done and when it was done they told me I was all good and everything was all set, then I proceeded to pay. Then when I went to drive the car directly after the alignment it was still no good and everything felt the same. I came back and told the manager Domenic Guadino, which was the same guy who told me my alignment was all set the first time and when he checked over it again he proceeded to tell me all these issues with the car which was apparently why the alignment couldn’t work out. I asked for a refund for the alignment because all those issues he told me about were supposed to be diagnosed by the first test drive which was done by another worker but weren’t. He then proceeded to deny me a refund and I never got my money back. Complete irresponsibility, and no accountability taken whatsoever. I would never recommend this location to anyone. Everyone do yourselves a favor and take your money elsewhere where your time and money will be more valued. Domenic Guadino is the managers name who denied my refund and didn’t work to resolve the issue whatsoever. On top of that, he lied about repairs that weren’t even necessary as I found out later.

  I've really only used Monro for tire service, but they've ALWAYS been terrific. The guys at the Wallingford shop are courteous and professional, and their prices are more than fair. Buy tires from them, or have them install your online purchased tires -- either way, they are my go-to for tire install in Wallingford.

  After I made an appointment, drove my Polaris Slingshot there over the phone. They said they can do it change my two front tires shouldn’t be a problem I get there. They were all looking at me saying they couldn’t do it. I was very mad. Find a place in New Britain it was able to do it with no problems using a jack seriously it looks like they didn’t want to work. They’re all hiding in the office.
