I called ahead, explained my situation to Sam, and received no understanding or willingness to help. When I arrived at noon, the doors were locked. Corporate promised the branch would call me, but they never did. I had to keep knocking in the rain before someone finally let me in. To make matters worse, the vehicle was dirty, the windows and floors hadn’t been cleaned, and the service/oil change light was on. Emily’s response was that they work 50+ hours a week and don’t have time to wait for customers. If that’s the case, why wasn’t my reserved vehicle clean and ready? After being a loyal customer for over 15 years, this experience was extremely disappointing. Between the poor customer service and the condition of the vehicle 0 stars The funniest is when Sam tried to convince me the computer system shuts down on at closing so they couldn’t help even if they wanted to give a believable lie

Asked for an upgrade instead of a downgrade but refused. Very rude interaction with the girl on the phone, didn’t apologize once and completely unwilling to help. They act as though the App doesn’t belong to them. I guess that’s an acceptable level of customer service nowadays. Do not recomend this particular branch although not reflective of experience I have had in general with enterprise which is usually quite good.
