- AAAnna1 day ago2.0Got my oil changed there a few weeks ago and am still thinking about how weird the behavior some of the staff has. There was one worker named River i believe, he was the only one not participating in the uncomfortable jokes being made infront of clients however was the only one I felt was getting picked on.
- JNJennifer Mac Neal4 days ago5.0I went to this Valvoline in Vernon today and I had the best experience!! I have a fleet vehicle which required approval and took a while to get. Joel had the patience of a saint waiting for that approval He was professional and was so pleasant to talk to. Eboney was something special. She was not only professional but also personable. Loved her style! Joel finally got approval, got my oil changed, filters changed, reset my odometer button, and gave me a free car wash. The Mr sparkle car wash next door was another pleasant experience. I had sap on my car from parking under a tree, have no choice, but the gentleman literally power washed and scrubbed the sap off my car before I went in. I will DEFINITELY be going back to this location for both washes and oil changed for both my work vehicle and personal vehicle. So so so so so happy!

A helpful tin maybe it is important that you ensure your employees maintain their hygiene. Use hygiene products, such as deodorant, and launder their wash.
- ESErica SaulnierAug 16, 20265.0The other night I was riding my motorcycle by and unfortunately realized I lost my oil cap, pulled into the parking lot and luckily these guys were still closing up shop. I asked them if they could help me with anything to stuff my oil tank so I could get home and they were so kind to help me get a rag and some zip ties so I can make it home safely. I know this isn’t a normal review on their services but if they treat their normal customers as nicely as they helped me, then they are awesome! Thank you to the two guys who stayed a little bit later than I’m sure they expected on Saturday the 15th. This Harley rider thanks you!!
