  Service was great but customer service was poor. They overbooked appointments. Didn’t seem to matter to them how many mechanics were working . I had to reschedule twice to avoid 1-2 hour waits just for car to be serviced.

  We had a tire blow-out on 84 nearby the Monroe location and were towed there on a Saturday afternoon without an appointment. They were very accomodating and helpful. We have an unusual tire size that they did not have in stock and they even helped us call around to competitors to try to get us back on the road. We could not find another repair shop with our tire and i ended up leaving the car with them, and we were happy with the promptness of the repair and their accodating us to pick it up at an after hours time when we hit bad traffic on our return. I was really happy with how helpful and competent they were.

  My son was visiting for a few days and needed repairs, they were able to get him in quickly and fix the issue, we highly recommend Monro in Vernon, ct

  Stopped by for an inspection and was honestly impressed from start to finish. They didn’t keep me waiting at all—Cullen had my vehicle diagnosed in under 25 minutes. Even more reassuring, they were ready to jump into repairs the same day to make sure I was safe on the road. Really wonderful team. Thank you guys—I truly appreciate the efficiency, professionalism, and care.
