Honestly, this was one of the most disorganized experiences I’ve had at an oil change place. I waited around 20 minutes, and another woman was waiting as well. We were clearly in separate lines, but I was told to move back so she could be helped first. I didn’t understand why, considering I had already been waiting patiently. The whole place was a hot mess—very disorganized, poor communication, and no real sense of who was next. It’s frustrating to spend your time waiting only to be told to step aside while someone else gets served ahead of you. I understand that things get busy, but there should still be some basic organization and fairness when dealing with customers. Definitely not the experience I expected, and unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location.

Was a long term customer. But will not be returning. The customer service is horrible, they made a mistake with my wife’s car and it leaked oil everywhere. The lines used to move quickly, but now take forever. I will be going to Valvoline by by harbor freight.

I used to come here all the time but it's been awhile as I've been going to the dealership more often. The employee lightly chastised me for going over in mileage from the sticker, which I usually do and no one has ever commented on before. He also commented on how I took it to a different chain for the previous oil change and how they're not as good. I only took it to that chain because my car broke down close to there. Just felt like I was being lectured for most of my time dealing with the front desk. It always seems like they're trying to sell you more and more services for your car. At this rate, I'll stick with taking my car to the dealership.
