  I went in for an oil change, transmission fluid change, and a radiator flush. When I arrived, my car was running perfectly fine with no issues at all. However, while they were working on it, something was clearly touched, disconnected, or activated because after the service, the car suddenly would not start anymore. The staff told me there was nothing they could do and that I should call a tow truck and take the car somewhere else. That was very disappointing and unacceptable considering the vehicle was working perfectly before they serviced it. They pushed my car outside and had me put it in neutral just to park it in front of the shop. Thankfully, I was able to call a mechanic friend who specializes in electrical diagnostics. After checking the car, he confirmed that something had been triggered and a transmission-related code had been activated during the service. Fortunately, he was able to fix the issue and get the car started again. Overall, this was not a good experience. If a customer brings in a car that is running and starting normally, it should leave the shop in the same condition. Mechanics need to be much more careful with the components, sensors, and wiring they handle because disconnecting or touching the wrong thing can create serious problems for customers.

  Valvoline spilled oil all over the top of my ignition coils and didn’t clean it up. The next day I brought it back after seeing oil on my garage floor and smelled oil burning. They told me I had a major oil leak. Took it to a mechanic and they confirmed there was NOT a leak but the valvoline mechanic was negligent with the oil and not cleaning it up. Caused us a delay on our road trip and a missed engagement party because I was scared to drive it.

  So polite and friendly! They were honest and I appreciate that so much! Also I was waiting a minute, and Kyle urged the other workers to move along that they needed to get me in, I had a baby in the back sleeping. I won’t go anywhere else

  I had a fantastic experience getting my oil change here! The staff was super friendly and efficient, and I was in and out in no time. It's always a relief to find a place that makes car maintenance so easy!
