  This dealership is by far the worst one I have ever dealt with. They lie and don't do anything they promise. I bought a used 2024 Genesis from them and they were suppose to detail vehicle, that never happened. They don't even have the common sense or concern to wash the vehicle before delivery. It was delivered with 1/4 tank of gas, I was charged for inspection sticker which was never put on the vehicle. There was a noise in the rear of vehicle that should have been covered in the factory coverage which they said they would fix, this never happened. They did nothing they said they would. Anyone that buys a vehicle from them better plan on being lied to and should expect zero customer service. I would have thought that since it took 14 days to get deal done they would have had plenty of time to make good on the terms of the sale but hey I guess that's too much to ask.

  This was our second purchase from Torrington Hyundai. Like the last purchase we were treated with respect. Our sales person Hunter Mikita was excellent and treated us like we were long time friends. The sales process was easy with no pressure or typical sales games. I highly recommend this dealership. Reach out to Hunter if you are looking for a new car. He will treat you right. You won’t be disappointed.

  TERRIBLE! I need a bcw calibration done. Had appointment on 8/14. Couldn’t do it bc it takes 5hours. Dropped off following week. They didn’t get it done on 8/21. Why I don’t know! So car stayed to next day. Supposedly tech had emergency. Never came in . So they called me said it need to stay over weekend maybe Monday it get done! Pfft. 3strikes your done. Don’t try call the dealership. No one is there to pick Up the phone. I will NOT be ever going there!

  Torrington Hyundai was amazing! Great experience! Had a car in mind when I got there and I left with that exact same one only a few hours later! A brand new 2026 Tucson. Ask for Dave in sales he’s great! Mike in finance also great! Definitely made me feel at home no pressure at all! I’d recommend to anyone!

  Ever have a pushy car salesman? Ever be made to feel uncomfortable? Well my family and I did and THEN....we discovered Torrington Hyndai and had the most professional and personable experience one could ever hope for in such a situation. Mike with sales and Mike with finance were two of the most honest and professional people I've ever dealt with making a stressful process so easy on is, we truly felt cared for and couldn't be more grateful. In fact.... my wife and I drove TWO AND A HALF HOURS from NYC during rush hour on a Friday just to do business with the fellas at Torrington Hyndai. I couldn't recommend them enough. If you lease or are looking to- do not hesitate to give them a call- they were an absolute pleasure to work with and they will certainly have my business moving forward.
