    never have i experienced such poor organization and customer service at an Enterprise location. I called this location to confirm availability late wednesday. they told me they had cars. i advised i could come pick up next day thursday. At no point did the rep warn about car shortage. When we got there Thursday and they couldnt give us a vehicle. , I requested the rep to contact other locations to check availability for us. He swiftly said No and that we cant reserve anything until Monday. This is a desperate plea to keep business within this location rather than doing the necessary legwork to satisfy a customers needs. I always stuck with Enterprise as I thought they were reliable and customer focused. but this location has adamantly proven me wrong. hope they are able to hire employees that actually work for the success of the business AND customer. A shame.
