  Absolute worst enterprise ive ever encountered. They said they would refund me my deposit of $100 only to receive less then half the amount back also the branch manager Jeff was a complete scam artist and was reported to corporate. Dont rent from here go to waterbury instead at least they were honest.

  Worse experience ever. The manager looked at me as if I was a burden when he was called out for not doing his job when I walked in the door. The car was a piece of junk filled with bugs, and smelled of skunk. When the body shop that referred them called the office in Torrington to tell them about all this especially after he saw the bite marks all over my body, they never even reached out to me to see what happened. I also called the (800) number, and they took all my information, and told me that someone would get in touch with me, and as of this writing there has been no contact form anyone. Gone are days of good customer service, accountability, and appreciation of doing business with you. Today you are burden, especially when you expect to get what you paid for.

  I rented a huge van for a bachelorette party, and it was exactly what we asked for. The van was clean, appeared new, and had plenty of room for our large group. The staff at this location were great at communicating, very friendly, very accommodating, and gave us an overall great experience!

  Female who works there has an attitude problem, guess it depends on her mood because she was pleasant the previous time I dealt with her. Also make sure you pick up vehicle at the time you requested, if you are late they will give the car you reserved to someone else and offer you something nobody else wanted. If you are going to be late you can't call them because nobody answers the phone, they also won't call you.
