I am a regular customer with a monthly pass, used regularly for my cars. I recently brought my boat in on its trailer for a cleaning, and the manager Chris and staff in Tolland not only helped me with maneuvering it in and out but were thoroughly helpful in recommending proper products to clean the boat, and recommendations for my cars in the future. Chris is a remarkable employee whose expertise and helpfulness must bring many customers back, and I will recommend this location to anyone who respects someone with a dedicated work ethic.
Overpriced for CT, I feel like if you don't give a tip then I feel like some employees dont hand wash what they need. A underwater should be included in the bronze.
Love the convenience of the locations. The employees I've encountered were all very nice and professional!

After going through the automatic car wash, we noticed the mess was still stuck to the side of our truck — completely caked on and not budging. My husband and I just looked at each other, not even surprised at that point, and figured we’d deal with cleaning it off ourselves another time.
But before we could even pull away, a worker from Mr. Sparkle (Chris) noticed it too. Without hesitation, he came over and told us to go back through the wash again — no charge. He made sure the truck got the extra attention it needed, and by the time we were done, that stubborn bird mess was completely gone. No more looking like our truck had been used for target practice.
It was such a small moment, but it meant a lot. Thank you for truly looking out for your customers. We’ll absolutely keep coming back — not just because you’re local, but because you genuinely care.
