  I had a great experience at Modern Mazda, especially working with Henry. He was extremely helpful, honest, and transparent throughout the entire process, which I really appreciated. He answered all of my questions, addressed any concerns I had, and kept me informed every step of the way without ever making me feel pressured. The dealership as a whole was also a pleasure to work with. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made the process easy and comfortable. I really appreciated how much Henry genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. I would definitely recommend Modern Mazda and especially Henry!

  We spent months researching for our child's first car, but were struggling to find anything that truly fit her needs. After visiting a few dealerships and feeling like we had some okay options, but nothing great, we popped into Modern Mazda on a whim. My parents have been happy customers for years, and I also had a good experience there almost a decade ago. From the moment we walked in and met with Henry, I felt like he really cared about getting the right fit for our daughter. He listened to what was important to her and also what was important to us. He never tried to upsell; he just tried to find us exactly what we all wanted. In under an hour, we had test driven a car that is just perfect for her, and today we have an extremely excited teenager who can't stop beaming at her new-to-her car. Thank you! You took something extremely stressful and made it a fantastic experience!

  We had a great experience working with Ryan at Modern Mazda! We recently purchased a used Mazda CX-5, and Ryan made the entire process easy and stress-free. From the beginning, Ryan really listened to everything we were looking for, from safety features to staying within our budget. We had two other car makes in mind as well, and Modern Mazda had all of the vehicles on our list, which made it incredibly convenient to test drive and compare everything in one place.   Marc Pena Made My First Car Purchase an Amazing Experience! I really wanted a Mazda and initially was going to go to another dealership. I went to Modern Mazda because it was closer to home. I took my fiancé with me, and we were initially a little turned off because no one approached us for about 40 minutes. Then the manager came over and let us know no one was available, but as soon as someone freed up they would come help us. While I was initially a little upset about this, little did I know it was a blessing in disguise because the right person was placed in our hands. About 15 minutes later, Marc Pena came over to us and greeted us. His initial approach was very professional, with a firm handshake and such a friendly attitude. He listened to all the things I needed in a car and promised to keep my dealbreakers in mind. We were a little late in the evening, so we had to wrap things up and decided to return over the weekend. I was surprised that Marc remembered both of our names by the end of our first visit. Our next visit 2 days later, we made an appointment with Marc. He called the morning of to confirm, which was great. This was my very first big purchase, and Marc was not pushy nor did he seem annoyed, even though I test drove about six cars. He was transparent and honest, and I can admit that I was very indecisive and probably a tough buyer. Not once did he seem frustrated with me. What I originally walked in thinking I wanted completely changed. I couldn’t seem to find something I liked, and Marc told me to hang tight because he was going to pick out the exact car for me. When he returned, I couldn’t believe it. It’s almost that feeling of “when you know, you know.” Marc exceeded my expectations and picked the most beautiful car for me. Once I saw it, I knew I was going to buy it. We secured the deal, and he got the car ready and detailed for me that very same day. He truly exceeded our expectations. He was professional, knowledgeable about the vehicles, and went through everything about the car and its features with me. I have never had such a positive car-buying experience. He truly made what felt like such a hard decision something easy. The company is lucky to have you, Marc. We can’t stop talking about you with our family, and I would recommend you to anyone shopping for a Mazda. I am so glad to have met him because I don’t think I could have experienced this phenomenal level of customer service with anyone else. Thanks again, Marc Pena!
