  Excellent fast service. Got me in and out in under 15 minutes. They even drove me over to the body repair shop to pick up my personal car after everything was done. I highly recommend the staff at the Stratford Enterprise!

  Thank you for a smooth process, picking me up the rental and dropping off went beyond expectations. The gentleman who handled my rental professionalism is to be commended. Well done Enterprise.

  Zero star raging. Very disappointed with our experience at Enterprise. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional, especially toward my husband. He accused my husband of lying without any respect or professionalism, which was completely unacceptable. The way he spoke and treated him came across as discriminatory and disrespectful. No customer should be made to feel uncomfortable or judged while trying to receive service. We expected basic courtesy and professionalism, but unfortunately that was not our experience.

  The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. Accusing customers of lying is completely unacceptable and not how anyone should be treated. We will definitely be escalating this issue to higher management at Enterprise because this kind of behavior should not be tolerated.
