  I had a fantastic experience with the Stratford Enterprise location. From start to finish, the customer service was exceptional. Assistant Manager Kyle was incredibly personable, friendly, and welcoming. He made the rental process smooth and stress-free, and it was clear he genuinely cared about providing great service. When I returned the car, the manager was just as kind and professional. They took the time to make sure everything went smoothly and made me feel appreciated as a customer. The rest of the staff were equally pleasant everyone was courteous, respectful, and treated every customer with kindness and patience. It’s refreshing to visit a business where the entire team works together to create such a positive experience. I highly recommend the Stratford Enterprise location and will definitely be renting from them again in the future. Thank you to Kyle, the manager, and the entire team for the outstanding service!

  Excellent fast service. Got me in and out in under 15 minutes. They even drove me over to the body repair shop to pick up my personal car after everything was done. I highly recommend the staff at the Stratford Enterprise!
