  Long wait, rude service. Not very knowledgeable people. What to like? Was much better previous time I was here, so only reason two stars not one. Avoid if planning anytime soon!

  Fantastic customer experience! Mike D was the point person, Jayden was top side and Steven was below. From the moment I arrived in the bay, they communicated how the oil change was going to happen. It was quick, professional and understandable. I will be a returning customer.

  All the employees are kind, professional and courteous. I went in for an oil change and it was done efficiently. They explained everything they were checking, the filters, lights ect.

  Went here for the first time to get an oil change and annual service as I didn’t fancy 2hrs wait time at another shop or dealership. It was all going splendidly with Stephenn and Junior being extremely courteous, efficient and customer friendly while explaining and updating me about what they were doing on my car. Until while replacing the cabin air filter, they dropped a dried leaf into the passenger side blower motor assembly. I didn’t realise that until I drove out of the door and back in again within 2 mins as I heard the rustling sound from the fan and instantly knew what had happened. Stephenn and Junior tried to look through their iPhone cameras and feel around with their hands from the cabin air filter slot to no avail, and then called their manager Angel. His attitude turned this from a 5-star experience to a 2-star as he went all defensive instead of helpful on what should have been a 5 min fix to unscrew the blower motor, clean it and screw it back. Instead he said that they didn’t do anything wrong, that there must have been a rodent or chipmunk in the assembly that caused damage and I only hear it now as the filter is clean! Even when I said I am not implying that they did anything wrong, just looking for a fix, he continued with the tone of they can’t do anything for me and I have to take it to a shop to diagnose it and fix it as there must have been damage from before I brought it in! And that he was a master mechanic and district head, he won’t lie to me. Guess what - I got home and looked up a YouTube video, removed 3 screws to clean the motor and put it back. Took me 5 mins to fix it. I wish they had done it there and I would have left thanking them instead of writing a nasty review here.

  I went in and my car was serviced by Danny & Steven. They were extremely helpful and explained the service that I needed, professionally and in great detail so that I could understand. They were able to service my car for a new oil change and additional service in 30 minutes. They even helped me with an extra discount on their website. Great service I will definitely be going back again.
