- MRMichael ReynoldsAug 23, 20261.0Probably the worst. 45 minute wait. suggested an up sell. Viewed a drain plug being loose. Filled the oil. Didn't tighten the plug.. Drove 500 miles. came back to a mechanic. got laughed at by mechanic. Went back to Valvoline weighted for someone to return from lunch 30 minutes. Told I had to go back in for them to examine what the mechanic had done. tightened of the bolt. (15 minutes) Waited for them to call the 800 number 15 minutes. Still haven't gotten a refund for filling the oil and the mechanic bill reimbursed. The worst. sorry I couldn't put a zero star.

He was friendly, respectful, and made sure I understood everything that was being done to my car. The service was quick, and everyone was professional.
