  Absolutely atrocious. They have changed all phone numbers to automated answer machines and made it impossible to call to receive updates. Customer service is non-existent. Would rather pay extra to have a dealership repair than use this shoddy service ever again.

  Every element of my experience with Safelite this week has been atrocious. I brought my car in to get a new windshield. They towed me. It would take 2 to 3 hours. 5 hours later I finally got my car but they were unable to do the recalibration for some reason and I had to go home and come back a week later to do it again. The day of my appointment. Someone called me at 7:20 in the morning to let me know that they didn't actually have the windshield to put in but that I could come in the next day. I told them I would call them back in a few minutes once I've checked my schedule. Turns out, there is no way to contact anybody in this store by phone. The phone number immediately goes to an automated system which automatically hangs up on you. After telling you that you should be able to do anything you need to do on the website. The corporate number does the same exact thing. I'm now driving to the store so I can actually speak to someone and hopefully get this situation resolved. I've never seen a company set up a system so designed to prevent customers from people to speak

  I had an amazing experience at this location! Rich was incredibly helpful and was able to fix an issue with my windshield even though I came in just 15 minutes before closing. He had such a positive attitude and a genuine “fix-it” mindset, which is so rare to find nowadays! He easily could have turned me away, but instead, he took the time to inspect the issue and fix it for me. Thank you so much, Rich! I truly appreciate your help and would 100% recommend this location!

  They should be put out of business. A disabled veteran had been waiting there for 90mins he can barely walk and they still kept him waiting he had no food no water they will be held responsible for his hospitalization. I am seeking legal counsel
