  Dan and AJ were great to work with and made the process of leasing my XC-40 straightforward and hassle-free. Riley Volvo had the best deal by far, and I really appreciated their no-nonsense approach. They don’t waste your time with unnecessary back-and-forth—they focus on getting the deal done quickly and efficiently.

  Fantastic. Accurate and honest estimate, impeccable work. I had a door and window smashed by a moving truck while my car was parked. You’d never know it now. And they returned the car to me fully detailed, inside and out. It looked brand new! Great experience with Marina as well; she was very professional and a great communicator throughout the entire process.

  The most expensive place ever. I will certainly never go back. I brought the car in because the engine was revving and they sent back an estimate for 16 things that were wrong. Totally close to 12k Needless to say I did the engine issue. They charged me $639 just to evaluate the problem. They literally charged me $279 for a missing tail lamp bolt. A bolt!!! I walked out spending $1640. Never again will I go there.

  It was my 1st time at Riley Volvo and man was it by far a wonderful experience. It was a blessing to have Emily-jade Centinaro assist me with my car buying experience. She was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating throughout the whole experience which made it painless and easy. She got me the vehicle and trim I wanted at a very good price. I love my 2026 Volvo XC90 and would recommend Emily and Riley Volvo for anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle

  The person in Parts is very friendly and helpful. We purchased a Cargo Cover from them. Very attentive but obnoxious General Manager. Tried to purchase from them because they are my local dealer, but they did not have the right vehicle at the time. I purchased from the next closest dealer that had a car available. I figured I would bring in my vehicle for some service and add accessories at Stamford. I really wanted to give them my business. They want me to pay $200.00 so I can get a Loaner from them. I have never had that happen before. I thought Volvo was a Premium Brand like BMW, Audi or Mercedes. They have never pulled that crap. Too bad they don't honor their local clientele.
