  It's ridiculous that in the first 3 years of ownership of this car I was required to bring it to the dealership for a software update. A total waste of my time.

  The Service Advisor, Marina, efficiently managed my third party warranty company and the necessary repairs to get my car back in the road at the best possible price. Additionally the service technicians pinpointed the issues and did a thorough diagnostic checklist to identify the problem. I recommend Riley I have been there a few times with two different Volvo’s and they have the expertise to service and repair.

  AJ and Joe were both an absolute pleasure to work with. Patient, transparent, fair, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. This was our first new car purchase, and they made the experience seamless from start to finish. They took the time to answer all of our questions, were upfront about pricing, and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. Everything was exactly as promised, with no surprises or last-minute changes. It's refreshing to work with a dealership that genuinely values its customers and makes the car-buying experience this easy. Highly recommend Riley Volvo Stamford!

  I can't begin to tell you how much I can't stand this dealership. It's laughable. My car had some water damage and didn't start. They towed it and the estimate was $8k. Not a drop on my garage floor but suddenly my oil pan had a leak once they received it. I fixed what I could myself and then had to pay another mechanic a few grand to fix all the other stuff they said my car needed. My other car got into an accident and they fixed the tailgate. Now I get water near my battery (which is on the left rear of the car by the tailgate) and the brake light doesn't work is has condensation. They said it would be $375 or something to look at the car and only not charge it if they thought they were liable. So I have to trust that they'll admit it? No thanks. My mom, under warranty, has a car that had a 40k mile check last year for $1,200. This year they want to do $4k in repairs and it's only got 20k miles on it. The woman only goes to the grocery store and back. Another dealer sold me a car with 20 miles of gas in it and two cars with one broken key. At this point, you couldn't pay me to buy a volvo again. And certainly not from these yahoos. Paul's a nice guy, but also didn't really help us. That's the only positive thing I have to say about that place.

  I usually visit a Volvo service station in New Jersey, but this time, I chose this location because it was closer. However, that decision turned out to be a mistake. The service I received was subpar. I had scheduled an oil change, but the website quoted a price that was significantly different from the actual price at the station. After weeks of waiting for an appointment and a 1-hour drive, I was caught in a bait-and-switch situation. I’m curious why they didn’t honor the website price. If they’re not going to honor the website price, I suggest they correct the error immediately. Unfortunately, this was my last visit to this location. I ended up canceling any additional work that I had scheduled for my car.
