  Fone calls are the worst, guys hang up. In my case the insurance was supposed to cover the rent" car, I was going to pay cero. But they charge me 249 dollars. Don't trusted place.

  As many reviewers have stated before me, the biggest issue with this location is the manager, Evan. I'm not sure if he's just tired of his role or doesn't know a thing about customer service. My sister was in an accident in one of their vehicles. Rather than working with her to resolve the issue easily, he harassed my sister, while she was recovering, about payments and basically using threatening statements because her card did not go through. Granted, most places will just let you give them a new card over the phone. Nope, not Evan. So, my sister, bruised and damaged, had to trek to Enterprise and guess what, Evan wasn't even there. After he called back to back to back, harassing my sister, for a payment she was willing to make but just needed time to get better. Evan surely needs to go and I will be writing corporate. Their assistance manager was way nicer and explained everything in detail. Way better at his job. I do not suggest anyone who goes to Enterprise work with Evan. He needs to move on.
