  There customer service was excellent as usual. The double upgrade put me in an awesome fully loaded Maxima. I loved driving this car.

  I had made reservations for a car over the phone firstly with Norwalk Enterprise. On my way to get the car, their main branch called me and said they had absolutely no cars available....so i called yet again but with the next closest branch in Stamford and had to make a brand new reservation. . When i got to their office it was empty and I had to wait until someone came inside for 20 mins. One employee came in and didnt even ask if i needed help i had to ask him and he said he was busy with someone else (maybe the customer was outside) . Then another employee came in 15 min after that and he didnt ask me if i needed help...i had to ask him and he said yes but then answered the phone and assisted a new customer over the phone while i stood their waiting for another 10 mins. Once he finally got off the phone it took him quite a while to figure out my reservation...i basically had to say and give all the same info i did when i wasted 20 mins on the phone with these people before i arrived to the store. Im used to using the enterprise in Milford CT and they are excellent. At Milford, they informed me of discounts and only charged a $200 deposit fee...here i had to explain to them the discounts i had learned weeks prior from Milford and they charged a $250 deposit. He also tried to sell me insurance on the car...which i just told him please just reference whatever arrangement i did with Milford a week prior. This employee also kept referring to the car I was renting to "his car" . They also did not have any small standard cars available so i had to pay extra for an SUV. When in Milford when that same issue happened, they charged me a standard car price for the inconvenience instead of what they nornally charge for bigger SUVs. This employee (Alex?) Said that with my deposit and daily rate would come to $296 and he said he would like to round it to an even $300, because "he likes even numbers"...he literally was about to charge my card extra $ for stupidity and i was in shock he even suggested that and of course told him no! SMDH! Once I got the car it was so grubby with minor scratches all over it , that when we did the check together he said those scuffs didnt matter...which left me feeling uncomfortable enough to make him state in the agreement that they were their prior to me driving so I wouldnt get charged extra BS. Needless to say, i will never return to this stamford enterprise ever again or recommend to anyone, in fact i would tell people not to go. I have never had issues with Milford enterprise and the cars i would rent their were always in great shape and extremely clean. The dump of a car they gave me is ridiculous and the fact that i am paying $48 a day for it is super shady seeing how the milford place gave me a luxury vehicle at that price.
