  I rented from the Enterprise Rent-A-Car at 11 Brown House Rd in Stamford, CT, and this was honestly the best rental car experience I’ve ever had. The entire process was fast, professional, and completely frictionless. A huge shoutout to Tim, who helped me from start to finish. He was friendly, knowledgeable, funny, and genuinely cared about making the experience as easy as possible. He asked about my vehicle that was in the body shop, explained everything clearly, and had me laughing throughout the process. Employees like Tim are what make people come back—he honestly deserves Employee of the Month and a raise. The rental process itself was incredibly well designed. Checking in on the iPad took just a few minutes, inspecting the vehicle and documenting any existing damage was simple, and I was on the road much faster than I expected. Everything felt modern, organized, and efficient. I was also impressed by how well Enterprise worked with my insurance. I have Progressive, and the negotiated insurance rate made the rental very affordable. My vehicle was being repaired at Pray Body Shop, and the coordination between the two companies made everything seamless. When my Audi was finished, I simply left the Enterprise rental at Pray Body Shop, and they handled returning it to Enterprise for me. It couldn’t have been easier. If you’re looking for a car rental in Stamford, CT, whether it’s an insurance replacement rental, collision repair rental, business rental, or a weekend vehicle, I highly recommend this Enterprise location. The customer service, efficiency, pricing, and overall experience were outstanding. Thank you again, Tim, for making what is usually a stressful situation feel completely effortless.

  Very disappointing experience with this Enterprise location. If you book a car for the same day, they almost always claim they are "sold out," even when reservations appear to be available online. This has happened multiple times and is extremely frustrating, especially for customers who need a vehicle urgently. If you need a reliable rental on short notice, I would not trust this location. They should provide accurate availability instead of allowing bookings they cannot honor.

  Wow. Read the reviews. My husband and I were there 15 minutes prior to our 11:30 AM pick up. We got in line and five people walked in after us. We were “ Politely” Ignored and the other people were served before us. Now that I see the reviews, I know it’s because my husband is black. The guys that were helping us were also incredibly rude when I pointed this out and they laughed at us. We spent two hours there waiting for a car while other people were served before us, even though they got there after. This location runs purely on racism. And on Juneteenth weekend nonetheless.

  The experience here gets worse and worse. The service is terrible. No one available to answer a yes/no question. The location is bad. You need a car to get here, but why would I come here if I had a car?

  I’ve had to rent a car from Enterprise several times, and unfortunately I’ve had the same issue repeatedly: no vehicles available when I arrive. I understand that some of my reservations were made last minute, but even when I booked online and received a confirmation, there was no inventory available when I got there. I’ve also experienced the same problem with reservations made further in advance. The staff has generally been courteous, but the reservation system seems unreliable if customers can reserve a vehicle that isn’t actually available. It’s frustrating to arrange transportation around a confirmed booking only to find out there are no cars to rent. I hope Enterprise improves its inventory management and reservation process to better match customer expectations. Would not recommend relying on a reservation unless you confirm vehicle availability directly with the location beforehand.
