Enterprise of stamford is by far the best place to rent the staff if fast and efficient mostly respectful Wich means a lot thank you again to all of the staff My car is always clean and I’m always greeted by my name wich makes me feel appreciated thanks again.

Overall, the staff I dealt with in person were polite, and I appreciate that the transaction was ultimately voided without an issue. That is why I’m giving three stars rather than one. My main frustration was the lack of communication before I arrived. I had called ahead because I was specifically interested in renting a higher-end/exotic vehicle, but the age restriction requiring renters to be 25 was never clearly explained or confirmed to me over the phone. I only learned about that policy after showing up at the location, which created unnecessary confusion and wasted time. The available vehicle selection also felt fairly limited compared with what I had expected based on the conversation beforehand. Nothing about the staff was particularly rude, and they did resolve the payment issue correctly. I just wish the rental requirements and actual vehicle availability had been communicated clearly before I made the trip.

The facility is new and clean. That is about all one can say for the experience. This experience was like being in the rental car version of The Office!
