  I had a car accident recently and Castellana Auto Body made an incredibly stressful situation a little easier. They had my car towed directly to their shop rather than having me try to drive it there and everyone I dealt with was professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They were always willing to answer any questions I had and made sure I understood what was going on. Unfortunately, my car was totaled, which was really difficult to process. When I came in to remove my belongings, Johnny was so kind, patient and understanding while I was trying my best not to cry. (For the record, I did not cry in front of them.) Their empathy during that moment meant more than they probably realized. I would absolutely recommend Castellana Auto Body. Great people who genuinely care about their customers.

  I am so impressed by the first class, "old School" service I received from the team at Castellana Auto Body. Johnny Castellana and his associate Andrew are precise, warm, friendly and they really listened to what was needed for the repair. They were thoughtful and creative with a tricky "car part" issue that immerged at the beginning and we had the vehicle repaired in 5 days! Please note: the neighborhood south of 95 at Exit 6 looks a bit rough but it is very safe so don't be concerned!

  My brand-new car recently received a significant scratch and dent from someone opening their door into mine. You would think operating a car door would be fairly straightforward, given that most people do it every day, but apparently not. Fortunately, I brought the car to Castellana Auto Body and worked with Johnny throughout the process. From the beginning, he was attentive, straightforward, and genuinely interested in making sure I was both informed and satisfied. He set realistic expectations, clearly explained what the repair would involve, gave me a fair price, and delivered on everything he promised without any surprises. I returned the following day to drop off the car, and the work was completed quickly enough for me to pick it up that same day. The door looks great. Johnny expressed some concern that the repair was not absolutely perfect by his own standards, but it certainly was to me. I especially appreciated that he held his own work to such a high standard and cared so much about the final result. Castellana Auto Body provided reliable service, quality work, fair pricing, and excellent communication from beginning to end. I highly recommend them and am very happy to have a trustworthy and reasonably priced option for auto body repairs here in Stamford.
