  From start to finish, the entire process was seamless, smooth, and genuinely enjoyable. Everyone I dealt with was professional, friendly, and made me feel well taken care of. A special shoutout to Stefan in sales, who made the entire experience pleasant. He took the time to make sure all of my questions were answered and made the entire process easy and stress-free. What really stood out to me was the follow-up. The very next day, the dealership called to see how I was enjoying the truck and whether I had any questions about anything. That simple gesture meant a lot and further reaffirmed that I came to the right place. I had never purchased a vehicle from this dealership before, but after this experience, I’ll definitely be coming back in the future. Highly recommend Stefan and the entire team!

  Lets start by saying i have purchased many vehicles in my life! Ive worked at dealerships before as well. Ive bought 2 vehicles from this particular dealership before as well. The first time was a great experience but nothing compared to my recent purchase. Its crazy that just one employee can make a car buying experience such a fantastic time! Stefan helped bring the energy up! All in all a great experience with everyone here but had to shout out Stefan for making the purchase experience a pleasant time! I cant knock the dealership but id just like to say I would choose Stefan as a salesman any day!

  I had a great experience purchasing my Dodge! Stefan was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the entire process. He answered all my questions, made everything easy and stress-free, and never made me feel pressured.   I travel all over the country and this morning I had a software glitch on my truck making it near inoperable. Stafford service department got me in first thing and did some software updates to get me on the road again. Everyone there was very nice to work with. I would highly recommend them if you are in the area. Id like to thank them again for taking care of me.

  The team at Stafford CDJR is really awesome. They took great care of my vehicle, it's transaction and follow up services they are providing to me. They worked with me to get me what I wanted and I didn't buy something I settled on. I brought up some unexpected issues in my life that delayed my purchase and they were very understanding and continued to support me. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the vehicle buying process from them and I can absolutely recommend others to buy from them as well.
