  TLDR: Had a rough day and these guys ended up replenishing my belief in the kindness of strangers. They might seem a little gruff but they're good people for sure. My friend and I were traveling from Boston for an event. His car broke down and we happen to have been staying at the hotel directly behind this shop. I work at a U-Haul and have made repairs on my own cars over the years so I am familiar with automotive, but still no mechanic. Had a cheap scanner from work with me, so I ran the codes, checked the fluids, and then walked over to see what they might have to say here. It could have just been my mood, but at first they seemed apprehensive and dismissive. I bet seeing me walk up with the cheap OBD was a sight they were wary of, plus my friend and I certainly don't look the type to be car savvy. They gave us a brief recommendation and said if we had it towed over they could take a look, but it would take time and suggested alternatives. I felt a bit irritated and maybe a bit judged/talked down to lol (normal New England things to be honest.) I said thanks and left. We sat at the car on the phone with AAA. Car was stuck in a spot right on the edge of their property. After a little while I saw one of the fellas walking towards us, the other not long after. They decided to come over and take a look. With experience and knowledge their time is money, so I thought it was very kind of them to take notice and take action even though we left. These guys are a great example of the New England way: banter sarcastically but kind in action. There was nothing to be done about the sate of the car, but they pointed out some things I didn't notice under the hood. When the tow arrived one of them came out for just a minute longer to check out the situation before we left. They certainly made more of an effort than most would. They easily could have went on with their day, us visibly in the background figuring out our own problem. We tried to give them a little money as thanks but they declined and wished us good luck.

  Went for the first time for an oil change and can confidently say I'll never go anywhere else. This is how every auto shop should be - honest, transparent, and no high pressure tactics on upsells. Mark was great and we really appreciated his help!

  Mark and his crew always go above and beyond when taking care of their customers. They're fast and thorough. And if anything unexpected comes up, they work hard to resolve the issue as smoothly as possible.

  Everett was very polite, courteous and knowledgeable. Came in for a tire repair. They got me in and out in 30 minutes! That’s diagnosis to completion of the repair. Very fair price as well. I highly recommend them.
