  The manager Mark was really attentive and polite explain everything to us in a detailed way since we actually came from a different Monro location that didn't do a great job with our balancing of the tires he was happy to help us w/o no problem and as a courtesy he balance our tires free of charge and the car now is great no more shaking while driving thanks Mark!! for taking care of us will be back here next time we need tires done.

  Mark the manager is great! I watched him struggle with approvals for a Lyft Hertz all day long because it’s an all day SUPER HASSLE I’ve experienced before but this time I got way more done because of Marks efforts. Somebody better give this man a raise.

  I was in the area the week of Aug 10th-14th. I had rented a vehicle from Enterprise from Texas and drove to CT. Along the way minor issues happened with the car, stull drivable. Contacted another shop to do the repair work, but wasnt guaranteed to be done at the time i was available after training. So then I contacted MONRO explained what was happening and said "yes,we can do it". Everett and his crew got the approval from Enterprise for what needed to be done, so I returned the next day, and did what was necessary.. thank you again for taking care of the vehicle and I was able to make it back to Texas with no issues

  I visited this location after getting a set of new tires from Costco. Based on the feedback I got from Costco I thought I had a damaged tire hub that needed to be repaired or replaced. I came to this location after having a negative experience at the New Britain location. Mark is who I initially spoke with, and he was very kind and professional. He was able to squeeze me in last minute and his peers informed me that nothing was wrong with my hub and that one of my tires was not put on correctly and wasn’t cleaned properly prior to putting it back on. I was also informed I needed to replace my Tpms sensor. I also spoke with another person named Everett who was kind and helpful as well. If I forgot anyone else , just know everyone who assisted me was great and overall I had a positive experience. It’s always a pain when you have car issues and hard to trust most shops when you need assistance. I would recommend this place for their willingness to help and their honesty. Thank you to everyone who helped me. I will be back soon to replace that sensor!

  I called around for a quote on breaks and from the initial call Mark was very informative and pleasant. He was very helpful and customized my service to get a better price. I appreciate great customer service and quality services. I will recommend this place to everyone. Kudos to the team in the back as well, your work does not go unnoticed.
