  Even though the category of vehicle I reserved was not available I was provided a vehicle that more than met my needs. Without my asking, I was given a discount for the inconvenience which was welcomed as the one way rental from CT to FL at this time of year was expensive. I would definitely rent from Enterprise again if the need arises.

  The Southington Enterprise is a great place to rent a car. The Manager, Anthony, is very professional and helpful. Carlos, another employee, is very kind and answered all of my questions. I was able to get a rental car at a very good price and the car was clean and perfect for what I needed. There was no wait at pick up or drop off and I would highly recommend the Southington Enterprise for anyone wanting to rent a car..

  We have used Enterprise throughout our travels, especially the one in Southington CT They are extremely helpful, they have accommodated us for all our needs thanks for making our trip easier!

  My partner and I made a reservation for a car. I came to pick it up and they told me it was no longer available. They never called me, never informed me. Terrible service and a waste of time.

  ...Monday, 18th 2026 it was 4:20pm when I entered the parking Lot, the Fleet was impressive full Cars of every kind and what I needed for my business trip, my reservation was done online by 4:38pm and confirmation notice was sent with reference number right on the spot... But it won't happen, the Clerk wanted my full name which was served, he was not used to it, too much ethenic which I understand but the reference number debunked it all, still there was no car for me ... He stated that they don't have nothing available then and that I could try later ... I didn't believe him and I just remembered that My ex wife was redused a Rental as well a few years ago and I was refused it too before ... But in the meantime better Race and the priviledged ones coming in were served and treated... After they closed the mini van Crysler, the Ford Explorers and many more SUVs were still parked out there... still " we don't have nothing for you right now sir" The Next morning I received a call from Enterprise Southington, Queen st some clerk wanted to know if I was still after a Rental... It was just an excuse for me, to cover the system...
