- RKRobert KashetaAug 26, 20261.0I had $25 0ff synthetic oil change coupon and was charged $10.99 additional oil change because my car requires 6 quarts of oil instead of 5 is what I was told but this isn't mentioned in any of Valvoline's advertising! The comments section of the bill said my oil pan gasket was leaking but there isn't a drop of oil on the ground anywhere i park. The maintenance section of the bill stated my tire pressure was checked but only after I asked for it! It also stated my oil service indicator was reset but only after I left and came back after noticing it wasn't A technician came to reset it and had to use his phone to find out how to reset the oil service indicator on a 2016 Cadillac SRX4? I did authorize them to change the air filter for $28.99, but $132.90 seems too much for an oil change, especially for the service I received!

My car’s air filter is super tucked away and difficult to get to requiring screws and the whole 9….but this guy was very diligent and had a great attitude despite it being 90 degrees, he was dripping in sweat and was an absolute joy the whole time and friendly. The filter was replaced, he cleaned up any crumbs and had us on our way.

I only stopped by for a VIN verification. However, Manager Brandon was friendly and professional, and the entire team clearly showed great expertise in their work. I usually get my oil changed at the dealership, but I will definitely be coming back here next time
