  First, I want to thank you Hoffman Honda to get me a quick scheduled appointment and help me getting a job done. Also, I want to thanks to your technicion who performed this procedures. I asked for a Honda 3x3 transmission drain-and-refill on my 2012 Acura TSX transmission. At fIrst, an advisor refused doing that due to his confusion with a different procedure. My purpose of this procedure is to get rid of the debris inside of my transmission caused by the loss of fluid. At the same time, a chance to determine if there was any internal bearing damage in my transmission. This is the only one very important diagnosis to me that I wanted to get it done during this procedure. I have asked before the procedure started. A technician performed the required procedure in the shop. while the advisor back and forth between shop and my waiting area I was there and waiting anxiously. I really need to get to the shop and check that drain plug. However, I was not given any chance to do so until it’s too late. I was only allowed to in when after all three drain-and-refill done. The debris was mostly gone. I know my present at the working area might cause some kind of inconvenience and a bit of possible time delay. However, that was the only chance to check my transmission health and diagnosis on possible damage caused by previous loss of fluid. Now, I lost this only chance of doing that completely. I am very disappointed with this situation caused by whoever blocked me in to the shop at the first place. Now come to the bill. It was said ‘Level 3 Diagnosis’. I am wondering what was diagnosed? How many hours for this procedure? Is there time for me to take a photo? Or, anyone snapped one for me? Was the bill fair? To the very worst, I lost the only chance to get a real diagnosis done!

  I had a great experience working with Eduardo at Hoffman Honda in Avon. From the moment we met him, he was respectful, professional, and genuinely wanted to help. He took the time to listen to our needs and concerns and worked hard to find the best solution for us. One thing I really appreciated was that I never felt pressured or like I had to constantly bargain back and forth. As many people know, buying a car can sometimes be stressful when you’re dealing with salespeople who only care about making a sale. Eduardo was the complete opposite. He truly cared about helping us reach our goal and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Eduardo is very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and truly a people person. He listens, answers your questions honestly, and does everything he can to get you the best deal possible.   I just picked up my new 2026 Honda CRV AWD TrailSport Hybrid at Hoffman Honda. Ana was my salesperson and she was terrific; she really knows her stuff and will fight to get you the deal you are looking for. This is on a 3-year lease, as I have been doing for many years, as it reduces your payment significantly from buying new and you always have a new car with the latest features and technology. I had shopped at other local dealerships, but Hoffman Honda had the best inventory and gave me the best deal of them all.

  I highly recommend working with Kim. After walking away from several dealerships due to unmotivated staff and poor communication, Kim was a breath of fresh air. He was polite, professional, and incredibly responsive. He kept me informed, helped me get the right price without the usual games, and took the time to completely get me acquainted with the vehicle on delivery day.
