  My family rented from this team a few times and they are always very helpful— attentive, fast, competent, and friendly. John, Amanee, Mia, and Clyde, to name a few, are on top of their game. Gold star!

  Extremely disappointed. Got my rental Monday and had to switch it out because the car smelled so bad. Got there today, placed my son’s booster seat along with all my other belongings into the new car. Was told they just had to wash the car really quick - I get the car back, all my items had been taken out of the vehicle and THROWN OUT! The only reason I know this is because I was furious that they took everything out of the car so when I went to the back where they washed the car I found them going through the trash barrels to find everything. My gum (which I ended up throwing out because they retrieved it from the trash), hair clip, tissue box, hand sanitizer, my son’s scooter and helmet - literally EVERYTHING. I felt extremely disrespected, I asked why they would think to throw everything out, no answer. Not even an apology. It’s almost like they could have cared less and just wanted me out of there. I was pissed and I had no time to escalate because I had to pick my son up from camp but this is the absolutely WORST customer service I have ever received. I am just waiting for my vehicle to get out of the shop so I can return the rental and NEVER return to this location.

  Meg, the manager was great. We rented a large SUV and we had a few issues with it to say the least. Meg was very understanding and made things right. We will never hesitate to rent from enterprise because of their outstanding customer service. In fact, it will be our first choice!

  I rented an SUV a Jeep grand Wagoneer on April 23 of 2026. I brought it back on May First 2026 bringing the car back from South Carolina or rock hit the windshield and cracked. I immediately reported it to my insurance when I arrived at enterprise in Shelton. Brian looked at the car and said OK. You’re all set to go just the windshield will have it fixed and Bill your insurance. They never build my insurance with the claim number that I gave him. Also they said the instrument cluster was damaged, which was false because he okayed the car when it came in and said everything was all right except the windshield they’re trying to get $3000 for the claim when the windshield is only $683. Very shady business practices they have different people at that location all the time. I finally got the notice from enterprise that I owed $3200 for the instrument panel and the windshield. I called enterprise in Kansas City on July 2 disputing the claim my insurance company is only paying for the windshield

  Rented a vehicle from here three weeks ago and my experience wasn’t so pleasant. As a business owner myself, I’m a firm believer in giving management feedback so they can correct the situation. The GM is the reason I am giving 4 stars. He truly cares about the customers and corrected an issue within a matter of 20 minutes for something I was waiting days on. I wasn’t planning on returning but I will definitely rent from them again because of the customer service I received from the GM
