- SOstevee oAug 1, 20262.0Invalid UPCHARGES...not disvlosed. Dishonesty .Had appointment on line arrived / ( they didn't know ...check your on line site for the day please ) Mechanic appeared from the garage. I presented a $57.99 oil coupon Monro ( rocky Hill store) Mechanic stated it would be $75.59, (a $17 + UPCHARGE) he printed UP CHARGES showing an oil filter $10.79 plus disposal $4.99 plus $6.48 shop supplies,, plus $3.99 top off fluid charge ( not intended or needed) $57.99 UP CHARGED to $75.59 totally dishonest not honoring 57.99. Which included oil filter.A competitor I went to later also had a online voucher for $39.99 all honestly inclusive in the price. Too many extra charges ....when is an oil filter for an oil change and extra $15 ..... I left having a Poor experience with rocky hill Monro.

Best part was that they close at 7 and the whole process didn’t even take an hour. Had to get a new tire but was overpriced. Iron imove AS tire was four years old on their shelves and costed $150 itself. Almost a 50% markup compared to buying it online locally.
