Both times I came here I’ve dealt with the manger and assistant manager at this location and they were both very nice, helpful and business professional! I recommend this enterprise the best out of the 3 in this Danbury area!

My car was rear-ended and had to rent a car here. These guys were great., They knew what they were doing, dealt with the insurance company and removed a major headache for me. They were lovely and responsive. What a nice surprise to have people who really want to help.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star!! Staff deserves 5 stars but being consistent is not there game. Reserved an suv in April and morning of pick up day in July. Sorry we don’t have a vehicle for you!! It’s absolutely disgusting. Never again will I rent from you.
