    Very good experience with purchasing a pre owned vehicle. Finance person was super friendly and easy to deal with. Enthusiastic salesperson. Quick turnaround, test drove car monday, owned it on Wednesday.

    As usual, an overpriced experience. I should have known better then to bring the car back here. I needed a diagnosis of which ignition coil was bad, took mechanic literally 10 minutes and 2 test drives to confirm! After i was quoted $350 (for a $35 part) i ended up refusing the the work after i realized the mark up %!!. It was so disappointing the manager even had to sit while I did my transaction, huffing snd puffing about my dislike on a 500+% markup, then decided to argue with me about doing it cheaper and they have to mark it up to pay bills. So after the arguing they got me for a $220 diagnosed fee, so the whole process to fix a 6 min problem was $570, cuz they had to still charge the fee, the part and labor. I get it! But you all see the difference!! After I left I bought the part from advanced auto, for what I said ($35!l, drove home and replaced it myself, in literally took 6 minutes! My point to this post is to make people aware of hidden costs, over charging costs and for God sake find yourself a reputable pop shop that will also do work under warranty!! I have one in lowell, theyre great!!!! Invest in his business, not "corporate" at a 500+% mark up.

    I had a great experience working with this dealership. From the very first phone call, the process was easy and straightforward. They were able to put a hold on the vehicle for me, which made everything much less stressful. When I arrived, the vehicle was cleaned, ready, and exactly as expected. The test drive and the entire transaction went smoothly. The salesperson and the finance team were both extremely easy to communicate with, honest, and willing to work together to find a deal that worked for everyone. Buying a vehicle can sometimes feel overwhelming, but they made the entire process simple and enjoyable. I truly appreciate the effort and would recommend them to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience.

    Got my car in late November 2025 and it already needs a water pump. Don’t bother trying to call in , they’ll ignore every call and text you try to make. Still no response almost two weeks later! I have been reaching out everyday! ALSO! Someone will tell you to go downtown to get the extra spare key for your “new “ car and they’ll look at you crazy and you will never get it! Communication isn’t a thing! I’ll never recommend them to anyone!
