I first ordered tires through their website on June 19th, they confirmed they didn’t have stock but would receive from the warehouse for my appt on June 27th. Time comes for my appointment and the tires hadn’t shown up, they forgot to place the order. Somehow I didn’t see the incompetence and took it for an honest mistake. I ordered the tires myself that day from Tire Rack. Got them delivered to the shop Tuesday June 30th. Had an appointment to install on July 2ed. They were able to install the tires but couldn’t to balance them. Laughable. Finally got the message these people can’t figure out how to do anything and went to another shop that got it done in 20 minutes. Will never go back to this circus.

Sent me off twice with no fix assuring it’s good. 2. Left a flat head under my hood 3. Car broke down and was jolting on the highway 4. Broke my computer sensor in the process 5. Over 1k in damages and didn’t even fix the initial issue.

- AOAlan OstertagJun 8, 20261.0Are you kidding me with the Old Saybrook location? It has to be the shadiest “auto shop” I’ve ever been to. I’ve brought my car there a few times over the years because it’s walking distance from my house, and it’s been worse and worse every time. I declined their extremely high estimates 3 times and once had them do my break lines which other mechanics questioned. I leave there laughing at how crazy it is. Believe me, any other place else is better.
