- MYMe Yo2 days ago1.0Avoid at all costs. All you have to do is visit the shop and take a look at the auto bays; that'll give you a pretty accurate preview of the disaster that's likely to unfold if you let them work on your car.
- JCJulia C4 days ago1.0Had a screw in my tire and needed it patched. Came across this place as it was one of the only ones open on a Sunday. Called to make an appointment and they confirmed it and told me to show up between 11am-1pm. I showed up at 11:30am and they told me they were cancelling my appointment and offered no help.
- JJJason JacarusoAug 30, 20265.0Stop by today with a trailer tire that blew out on me and ruined my morning however Adrian was able to take care of the situation and get me a repair without an issue. It was friendly polite courteous and even loaded tire back into my truck for me. Great service thank you.
- SASandra AlexanderAug 16, 20265.0I had an auto emergency and being new in the area, had my vehicle towed to Monro, the closest option. They fit me into their busy schedule . I found the mechanic and management to be helpful, honest and efficient. I now consider Monroe my go to spot for all my auto repair needs. Thanks guys! You were great!
- TMTimothy McQuadeJul 28, 20265.0There were three employees working at your store last Thursday. I didn’t get all their names, but they were all most professional. The guy behind the counter was expert, and the two texts were top-notch. If I ever get an accident again on I-95, I’ll definitely get towed to your store. Thank you for everything.
