I came to Mavis and Adam did everything to keep the cost to a minimal. Fernando, diagnosed a inevitable blowout. Grateful to came across this place.
- LLLois5 days ago5.0Such a Godsend. The tire pressure was low on my sister’s car. We were traveling quite a way and by the grace of God we pulled into this Mavis as we excited the highway. Adam and Fernando as well as everyone in the store were wonderful. There was no pressure to “buy” extra products. There was just honest facts and good workmanship.
- AMAzi Mahdavinia6 days ago1.0I went in for a state inspection after having my vehicle checked earlier that morning at Tesla, where I was told everything, including the tires, was in good condition. Despite this, the inspection station refused to renew my inspection without providing a clear explanation. I also noticed other customers seemed similarly dissatisfied with their experience. This was surprising to me, as I haven’t encountered this level of service elsewhere on Long Island. I hope they can improve their communication and customer service moving forward.
