    I live out of state but was in Connecticut for work. My brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee had a mechanical issue. I was able to drive it to a dealer. I needed a rental to get to my client and Enterprise was right across the street. After calling Enterprise, the associate was there in a matter of minutes; took me back to the office and got me quickly on my way. It was raining and still so when I dropped the rental off. The same Enterprise associate checked me in quickly and drove me to the dealership so I could pick up my car. Great customer service!

    Excellent place to rent a vehicle! We needed a mid size SUV and they only had a larger vehicle for us so they upgraded for free. We were concerned about the amount of money we would end up spending on gas but they amended the situation so that we were within our budget. Customer service at its best. Highly recommend and ask for Luke.

    Great experience! Staff very professional and courteous. This company is very customer focused and they go the extra mile to address any concerns and make the car rental experience a good one. Communication was good and the vehicle was new and clean. Definitely recommend enterprise of Norwich CT for your car rental needs

    Great customer service and very easy going and understanding staff. The car is in great condition and clean. Very easy to navigate the check in and return. Thank you and definitely coming back next time when I need a car!
