  they were able to pick me up at my hotel and take me back to the rental car company both of the men were really nice and friendly they didn't have a car seat which I needed so when I went to the airport to pick up my granddaughter they gave me a car seat for free that was really appreciated

  Had an appointment yesterday at noon. They called and didn’t have stock in until tomorrow at noon and said to come in that time. We did, spent $50 on an uber (car is in shop) that I didn’t have to get here for them to say I have to wait until 3:30. After I tried explaining that it was urgent and I was now stranded 35 minutes away from my house and that I spent money I didn’t have to uber here he looks at me and goes “oh well” this is some shitty customer service if you ask me… will not be renting from this location until they get their employees in check

  I had an awful experience it took 90 minutes to get my car rental and was given the run around and the car with issues.

  We had a two week rental agreement with The insurance company, Amica Our car got totaled And part of the deal was we get a two week rental Enterprise still required a $100 card hold that was specifically stated for incidentals. Well, Amica screwed us by only covering it for 12 days and then enterprise decided to charge my card for something other than incidentals Was a shady deal with both the insurance company and enterprise. But I'm not done with this matter
