  Very pleased with the service I received at enterprise of Norwich ct rented a 12 passenger van for 4th of July weekend vehicle was very clean the customer service was phenomenal thanks to Luke and Ava I will be a repeat customer here

  Excellent customer service. The dude who helped me was new but he answered all my questions and made sure I was good to go for my trip. Whoever you are, you did good! I hope they give you a raise/bonus sometime soon.

  If I could give this a zero star I would. I made a reservation online the day prior. Pickup was at 9am. The following day I schedule an Uber. At 8:58AM, and 2 mins before my Uber arrives, I recieve a call from enterprise saying they are still waiting for cars to arrive and that they should be arriving around 11AM. It was a bit too late cancel the Uber. I tell the Uber driver the situation and hand him most of the fare in cash for the inconvenience. I call enterprise a few minutes later asking if they can provide their pickup service, since I'm waiting a few hours for the cars to arrive and that's around the 2 hour window needed to schedule a pickup. I explain that I didn't want to have to schedule and cancel yet another Uber. The associate says they're unable to due to staffing. I then ask if they are sure they will have the car available and the associate says they should have it at 11 or a bit later and that they will call me. 11 comes and goes. I usually give about an hour of leeway because I understand things happen. I get ready to call, only to realize that Enterprise was already closed. Not even a courtesy call could have been given, so I could procure other means of travel. I would much rather cycle across the United States than to attempt to use this "service" again.

  The office appeared organized and I was greeted quickly. The Norwich location did not have the car I requested, but they substituted another vehicle for the same price. Sebbi was helpful as he spent time familiarizing me with the vehicle and explaining the rental process.
