  Bryan and his staff are a cut above the rest and that's rare today!! Very knowledgeable, informative and professional. I'd purchased the wrong item through the app, and thought I'd be out of luck, but Bryan was able to determine a viable resolution for me even though he had to take extra time to do so. I felt welcomed and like he cared. A+++ customer service, this will be my go to spot when I'm in the area!! Thanks again!!

  The associate on his evening was exemplary. Not only did he find out if the part was in stock and put it on hold for me but he saved me money by offering a bundle for brake fluid, brake cleaner and brake lube for $6 as opposed to letting me spend $12 on just brake cleaner. He was pleasant and helpful and seemed to pair well with the manager on shift. Team work makes the dream work.

  This is not the Advance Auto Parts location I normally visit, but it was convenient for my son and me to stop here. I wish I could say the overall service was good, but unfortunately that would not be an accurate description of our experience. I do want to recognize the young man who ultimately assisted us. He came from the back of the store, immediately acknowledged that we were there, and asked if he could help. He was polite, helpful, and professional, and I appreciated his assistance with the two items we needed. What disappointed me was everything that happened before that. We were in the store for approximately 20 minutes. I found the items I needed myself and then stood waiting for about 10 minutes while two other employees remained engaged in an extended conversation with the same customer. During that time, neither employee acknowledged my son or me—not a glance, a greeting, or even a quick, “We’ll be with you in a moment.” I give quite a bit of feedback on Google, and the overwhelming majority of my reviews are positive. I genuinely enjoy recognizing people who provide good service because I believe people deserve to know when their efforts are noticed and appreciated. That is why I also wanted to specifically recognize the employee who eventually helped us. I don't expect special treatment. I’m simply an average customer who happened to stop at an Advance Auto Parts store in a neighborhood different from the locations I normally frequent. But every customer who walks through the door should at least feel acknowledged and welcome. Perhaps there was more going on than I could see or understand, and I don't want to make assumptions about anyone's intentions. I can only describe how the experience felt from my side of the counter: for most of our visit, my son and I felt invisible. Good customer service doesn't always require immediately dropping what you're doing to help someone. Sometimes it is as simple as making eye contact and saying, “Welcome. We’ll be right with you.” The young man who eventually helped us understood that. I hope the rest of the team will recognize how much that small gesture matters.

  Usually the people who work here are always so nice and helpful! But today the guy working the register couldn’t seem to keep his weird sexist micro-aggressions to himself. I was in a rush to change my turn signal light before I had to drive to work and he was asking me if I checked “blinker fluid” and then throwing “light bulb grease” on my order automatically and saying I need it when I never asked for it. I can assure you he wouldn’t be doing all that if I was a man.

  I called the store spoke with a young girl on the phone told her I had a part that I did not purchase that I was trying to return because they sold them the wrong part I go all the way there and they tell me oh you didn't buy it we need the other person's debit card, both people working there clearly didn't know anything about vehicles, just there to collect a paycheck and eat food and drink their soda and act like I'm bothering them
