- FOFurkan OzerliMay 11, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at this place. The staff were rude, unfriendly, and acted like they didn’t care about customer service at all. What upset me the most was how aggressively they slammed my hood shut after the oil change. It showed a complete lack of respect for my vehicle and for me as a customer. Nobody smiled, nobody communicated properly, and the entire atmosphere felt cold and unprofessional. I will never come back here again and I would not recommend this place to anyone who actually cares about their car.

They forgot to put my oil filter cap back on resulting in all the oil draining out all over my engine, in my driveway, and on roads and probably damaged my vehicle. Then called to file a claim they lied and said it was not their fault when it obviously was. Would not recommend at all..
