  Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. I was rescheduled twice for an oil change and tire rotation, despite having a scheduled appointment each time. My original appointment was on Sunday. I arrived at the shop on time, only to be told by the front desk employee that they did not have enough staff and were too busy to service my vehicle. I was asked to come back the next day. This was an appointment—not a walk-in. If the shop was understaffed or overbooked, that should have been addressed before confirming my appointment. On Monday, I was scheduled to come in again, but the shop called me about an hour before my appointment and asked me to reschedule yet again for Tuesday. This was extremely inconvenient and showed very little respect for my time. When I finally came in on Tuesday, I was told they would not rotate my tires because the tread was low. Instead, the front desk employee offered to balance the tires. I specifically requested the tire rotation, but he refused and said balancing was enough because the tread was fairly even. What makes this even more frustrating is that the service clearly states that a free tire rotation is included with the oil change. If there was a legitimate safety reason the tires could not be rotated, I would expect that to be properly explained and documented by a technician. Instead, I was simply refused the service and given an alternative service that I did not request. After being rescheduled twice, wasting my time, and then being denied a service that was advertised as included, I am extremely disappointed with this shop. The entire experience felt like a lack of organization, poor communication, and unwillingness to honor the service they advertised. Management needs to seriously review how appointments are being scheduled and how customers are being treated. Customers should not have to rearrange their schedules multiple times only to show up and be told their appointment cannot be honored—and then be refused an advertised service when they finally get in.

  Only 1 person working at the time. So when he’s at the shop fixing cars, no one is helping at the desk.

  Personable, familial, professional, comprehensive tire service. Young man at front desk jack of all trades top tier customer service and aligned my tires and placed my two front tires in a timely fashion. Highly recommended location !

  Unbelievable experience. Made an appointment directly with the “service manager” to have tires put on at 10 AM. Get there at 10 AM he tells me it’ll take a couple hours. No big deal. Noon rolls around, 1, 2, 3…. Give him a call at 3:45 “they’ll be ready in an hour” show up at 5:00; an hour and 15 minutes later. They’re untouched exactly where I left them. He was unable to give me a timeline for when they would be put on. All in all a horrible experience and massive waste of time. Now I need to try to get my money back from Gigatire and get another shop to mount these tires. I wish I could give zero stars.

  Scheduled an emissions test a week in advance. Received two confirmations of the appt for 10am on a Saturday. Another customer also had a 10am appt. They were checked in by simply giving their name. I was questioned on when my appt was made, if I received confirmation, when my emissions was due. When I showed them my text confirmations (two) I was met with condescension claiming they “believed me”. Clearly they didn’t or were just looking for an excuse when it was obvious they double booked. They claimed to have “left messages for anyone they couldn’t fit in.” I didn’t receive one. Double booking in itself isn’t a huge issue, I was willing to wait. I was told they wouldn’t perform my test and would be prioritizing the appt scheduled which happened to be for a man, vs. mine - a woman. Without being willing to explain that decision (my appt was booked first). Something to consider for anyone who chooses to give their business to Monroe. Would you want your mother, sister or wife to be treated this way? Edit: I attempted to inform corporate customer support in the hopes to understand why my experience differed. That gentleman proceeded to talk down to and speak over me.
