  A great experience - every employee was friendly, helpful, and professional. Windshield replacement was smooth despite having to work around inclement weather. BUT THE WATERPROOF COATING WAS A HUGE MISTAKE - it obscured my vision in rainy weather and I wish I had not purchased it.

  Great service right in my driveway....easy to schedule online & they texted to verify and called to review the weather forecast to see if we had a covered garage etc...couldn't ask for better service

  Had an OEM windshield replaced on my 2024 Rivian R1T. Safelite originally had me scheduled at West Springfield MA. The evening before my appointment they called me and canceled because they did not have the calibration equipment. They eventually rescheduled the replacement at the North Haven CT location. well over an hour away from me and a couple of weeks after my original appointment. They replaced the windshield and performed a recalibration but as it turns out, they managed to damage the rain sensor in the process. I am now at the Rivian service center and was just quoted $252 (no longer under warranty because Safelite damaged it) to replace the sensor that Safelite damaged. Tried to call the Safelite location directly but there's no way to directly call them.

  Safelite was super easy to schedule through my Geico App. I had to change my appointment twice and it was super easy and took a minute to reschedule. My technician, Alex, was fantastic! He was very professional, courteous, and honest as he explained the whole process.
