I had an appointment at 4pm, and was called earlier in the day to ask if I could make it earlier. I informed them I’m coming from work so couldn’t get there much earlier but I did end up getting there at 3:40 PM. I watched customers come in with their cars and leave with the windshield being replaced or repaired, I did not leave there until past 7 PM. On my paperwork, it said appointment time 4 PM need by 5 PM. No one came out and talked to me at all gave me any updates. Except for the receptionist who was also wondering why It was taking so long. I wasn’t impressed with this location at all.
Today I will give five stars. Tech was great. Confirmed I did not need a new wiper. Did not like to fact that a local phone number for contact was not given. First person from local store was a bit rough that's all I will say they deal with a lot of people maybe it was a bad day for them. All in all great experience

If anyone needs their window for their car repaired, please contact Safelite great experience. The technician name was Percy. He was very pleasant. Very respectful. Did everything in a timely fashion while I was at work explained everything for follow up for upkeep of the window and making sure that the glue dry it was just overall a great experience Safelite, where it’s at person the technician is also a great representative of the company. Thank you so much
I was extremely hesitant to go to a big-box windshield replacement business, and I was once again reminded why. I made an appointment online, drove to the facility, and gave them the vehicle. I waited on-site because I was told the work would take 1 to 1.5 hours. Over two hours later, it was finally complete, but the car was returned with a mess inside. A plastic water bottle was left in the center console and there was debris scattered everywhere—on the dash, seats, console and floors. It looked as though they made zero effort to clean up after themselves. Additionally, the installation looks very sloppy around the windshield and weather stripping. Luckily, it hasn't leaked despite all the rain, but the old saying rings true: you get what you pay for.
Beside that the people were friendly enough so no complaints there.

Overall excellent above-and-beyond experience at this Safelight replacing the windshield on my car. The safelight integration with my car insurance was as smooth as I could imagine possible, but where this location really stood out was with their service.
I dropped off my car at around 5:45pm, expecting to leave the keys in a drop box for the next morning. Since the door was still open, I walked in and they warmly welcomed me, checked in the car, and offered to pull the car into the indoor garage for the night - awesome.
I got a call before 10 am the next day that the car was ready. When I picked it up, the care the technician had when working on the car was apparent. Unlike most times I have had a car worked on, it was returned with all settings exactly as they were left (despite the car requiring calibration of the safety system and testing). I was especially appreciative of the way the technician went above and beyond to work with the dash cam I had popped off of the old windshield and left hanging from the rear view mirror. The tech not only re-ran the wire carefully between the windshield and the headliner, but also took the time to scrape the adhesive from the mount and replace it with a hand-cut to size new pad of adhesive. This was an awesome surprise, saving me having to order a new mount or adhesive pad myself.
