  They made it very easy to get me set up with the car I was looking for. Brian Langley was super helpful and hospitable. He was ready for us when we came in and was super knowledgeable about his product. Felt no pressure and he made it a very easy going process. Being shown the features of the car was very cool too. You get a whole orientation and Julian the finance manager was very nice and welcoming. I would highly suggest going here if you plan on getting a. Volvo and make sure you see Brian when you’re there!

  Happily purchased a new- to me/pre-certified XC90 at Gengras… relaxed buying experience with Ryan. He was even responsive on his day off… I originally thought I’d want the XC60… but the XC90 just felt right. Multiple pre-certified colors/ trim packages to choose from… first time Volvo owner and I’m thrilled. Thank you

  Between looking at vehicles, test driving, and ultimately buying a car, I entered Gengras Volvo on 3 occasions. All three remarkably positive, but only two of which were in North Haven. What I found was that not only did the North Haven location do better with the numbers, but customer service as well. On both occasions in the dealership I worked with Ryan, the type of guy I’d buy 5 cars from. Everything was done correctly from respecting our time, to coming in with the lowest possible numbers, to some additional to sweeten the deal. From A to Z he gave his personal phone number for questions and any other concerns and it never felt like a pushy sales relationship in those conversations about prospective vehicles. I’ve bought 4 cars in the past 10 years and this was by far the most seamless in the lineup simply due to the understanding and morality of the salesman!

  Last week, we found a 2020 Volvo XC90 at this dealership. On Friday evening, we inspected the car and took it for a test drive. With the help of a wonderful person and true professional, Ryan M. Zucker, we completed all the necessary paperwork—including the transfer of my original license plates to the new vehicle. We returned on Monday, July 13, 2026, to finalize the financing documents; the car was ready, freshly washed, and fueled up—once again, thanks to Mr. Ryan M. Zucker’s professionalism. By midday, we were driving home in our 2020 Volvo XC90 T6. We are also grateful for the prompt assistance provided by Julian Crespo regarding the financing, as he explained every detail of the agreement thoroughly.
