  I couldn’t be happier with my experience purchasing my XC90 from Gengras Volvo! From the moment I scheduled my test drive to driving off the lot in my newly registered vehicle, everything was seamless, straightforward, and stress-free. Ryan was fantastic throughout the sales process. He was patient, professional, and always happy to answer any questions I had. Julian was equally great when it came to financing and warranties, taking the time to walk me through all the available options and explain everything in detail without making the process feel overwhelming. The entire team made what can sometimes be a stressful experience incredibly easy and enjoyable. I would absolutely give Gengras Volvo a 10/10 and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth, hassle-free car-buying experience!

  I've been meaning to write this review but never got around to it! In fact, it's probably nearing a year since i got my car from Gengras and it still stands out as one of the best car buying (or frankly retail) experiences I've ever been a part of. My lease was ending and I knew I wanted to purchase something. I tried my luck at other dealers in the area (Toyota, Honda, Subaru) who looked at me like i was nuts for my budget (for a used car might I add). I figured since I was nearing luxury prices, I might as well try out a higher end brand. From the moment i sent my inquiry in, to meeting with sales and finance, (and even working with maintenance), I was absolutely beyond pleased with my experience (so much so that I'm writing this review about a year late). There were several points when I was anticipating something to come go wrong because things felt like they were going suspiciously too smoothly.... Nope! Just wonderful customer service :) Although I am not a "car" person, per say, I will return for buying my future cars when the time comes.

  My husband and I had such a great experience with the entire Gengras team! We’d been looking since May and had strong referrals from our friends who worked closely with Ryan and strongly recommended him and the dealership. Ryan was awesome and the whole team was so supportive. We love our new XC60 and definitely will be back in the future.

  My wife and I recently purchased a new XC60 and had a great experience working with Ryan. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer our questions, never made us feel pressured, and made the experience straightforward and enjoyable. My wife and We really appreciated his professionalism and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a new car.

  This past week, I purchased my first Volvo xc40. My husband owned a xc90 and is not in an xc60. I was not sure about it but I was open to it.My husband found a certified pre-owned xc40 and was in touch with Ryan Zucker. Ryan was absolutely amazing to work with. I never felt pressured. We texted back and forth a few times and before I knew it, I had an appointment to see the car. At the dealership, Ryan was sincere, informative and just a joy to work with. I think for me, I appreciated that he was not forcing me to buy a car. He wanted me to love my car as much as I have loved my Jeep. He spent a lot of time reviewing the features and making sure I was comfortable to leave the lot. Julian in finance was also great to work with. He does a fantastic job of reviewing everything and made it seamless to finance the car. If you are in the market for Volvo, please see Ryan. You will not regret it! I highly recommend him as a salesperson.
