  I just purchased a new Volvo SUV from Ryan at Gengras Volvo North Haven, CT. I have been to many dealerships shopping for the perfect vehicle, and Gengras definitely set themselves apart. From the very start, everyone at the dealership was extremely helpful but not overwhelming, and Ryan really took his time to help me find the perfect vehicle within my budget, explaining the different features and even helping me to setup the Volvo app on my phone. Throughout the entire buying process I never felt pushed into a purchase. While finalizing the sale, one of the owners interacted with my kids while I completed my paperwork. My overall experience with Gengras Volvo was truly 5 stars and I feel that I got great value.

  Best car leasing experience ever—I would give 1 million stars if I could! Ryan was incredibly easy to work with: professional, straightforward, and never played games from the very beginning. This is my fifth Volvo, and I’ve never had a transaction go this smoothly. Finance Manager Julian was personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour. Jess walked me through all the vehicle’s features and took the time to answer every question I had. I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. Keep up the great work!

Ryan was an excellent salesman; he was very professional, knowledgeable about the vehicles, and always available to answer any questions I had. He was personable, patient, and made the entire process feel stress-free and easy. Julian in finance was also fantastic. There was never any pressure to make a decision, and he worked with me to secure the best rates possible. I truly appreciated how transparent and supportive everyone was throughout the process. I highly recommend Gengras Volvo and especially Ryan and Julian to anyone looking for a positive and enjoyable car-buying experience.
