  Excellent service and response from the whole team at this location during my insurance rental . They worked seamlessly with the autobody shop to deliver and pick up my rental vehicle. And when I was a bit fussy about the original vehicle they quickly found me a gorgeous Volvo within the insurance companies daily allowance. I would highly recommend this location.

  I’ve always known and surprised to have the nicest cleanest newest cars of all the years I rented this year. It was it wasn’t the car that I purchased, but it wasn’t nothing wrong with the type of car, but the seats was dirty. I had a very strong, pungent smell, and I wasn’t able to switch it. They didn’t have any cars left due to an event and I didn’t even do a last-minute reservation, it was a crappy car for my son wedding. I really didn’t wanna have that type of car, it was dirty full of stains and stunk. I was a little disappointed, having to drive it around wearing a gown. I could have went to a lil mom and pop rental or did a cheap turo if I wanted that type of vehicle, to have a hold on my credit card charged a few hundred dollars for the weekend was not worth it, and then the checkout was super fast, which was a little annoying because he was rushing me… saying they are closing but I can exactly when I was scheduled to drop off vehicle.

  They always have a attitude and put me on the do not rent list because they didn’t believe I was a truck driver that didn’t work for jb hunt Paul is a bully and deserves to be fired for lack of customer service

  So my family and I rent a minivan to go to Quebec and Montreal. We head to North Haven to pick it up. The first time, the minivan needed to have an oil change. no big deal right? eventually we get the minivan. drive out. but then we realize something. the backup camera didn't work, it was all cloudy. so we call up North Haven Enterprise and they say we can swap it the next day. so we go. bring the crappy minivan back and try to swap it. it takes half an hour from when we get there to when we drove off the lot. the employee didn't have the key to start the car when he went to gas it up. never use this Enterprise again it literally felt like i was living in a sitcom with the mistakes made.

  Rude worker Natalia advised me she could not tell me what fleet they had available and tried to force me to Enterprise customer service line. I advised her I’m a platinum member, she says ok hold on. Comes back and says we have no vehicles available I asked her why was it so hard to just tell me that as opposed to me waiting on hold for 10+ with ERAC hotline. People make customer service harder than what it actually is. I will be utilizing this location, it costs zero dollars to be a decent human being.
