- DJDa'Jhon Jett3 days ago5.0I had a reservation in Wallingford, staff weee basically rude and said they had no cars when I arrived. I called Middletown, Newington, and New Haven, no luck. I remembered North Haven and the phone was immediately answered by the manager, Max. From there my experience with Enterprise made a quick turnaround. I initially booked for a large SUV and she informed me they did not have that but she would make sure I was taken care of. When I arrived, the atmosphere in that location was perfect. Max, Jenna and Nate were truly amazing! They got me in an SUV and when I needed to switch it out (because it was just not for me lol) Max and her team held me down! If I have a say, I will only rent from North Haven Enterprise, even though Wallingford and Middletown are closer to me, I am all about customer service and Max and her team provided that and more. They were kind, patient, personable and made a tough situation into a future customer. Again, I can’t thank them enough for their amazing customer service! Whatever higher ups see this, spotlight that team, they deserve it!
