  Best service I've ever experienced at a shop, Samantha deserves a raise for sure. I can't recommend Monro in Niantic enough, its worth the drive for the customer service alone.

  Samantha is the best!!! We went to another location today (a Sunday) and the guy was by himself so he said he couldn’t patch our tire. We were on a road trip heading home to NJ so we were pretty desperate. I called the Niantic location and Samantha said to come on in and she will fix it. When we arrived we noticed she was also by herself but still was happy to help us out. She was quick, professional, and made us aware of another patch in the tire so we would be prepared that if this happened again we would need to replace it. Thank you so much Samantha!!!!!

  If I could give this shop more stars, I would. Sam is hands down one of the nicest mechanics I’ve ever worked with. I was pressed for time and panicking about my brakes being shot. She took the time to hear me out, and treated my concerns with care. She was so knowledgeable, so kind and understanding. It’s clear as day that helping people is just in her heart. I won’t be getting my car serviced anywhere else but here. BIG thank you.

  I bought my car for a check engine light, the young lady checked it out made some adjustments and got it running smoothly again and didn't charge me, thank you Samantha you are very knowledgeable
