  i had come down to see about getting my gps updated and i had spoken to carl and he had said that he couldn't do it on his phone and he would go and see if he could find out on his computer my wife and i were sitting in our car for some time and heard nothing from him at all, then my wife went in side to see what the hold up was and he had told her to give him a call tomorrow, i had called him and i had gotten a message when i had called that the number that you have dialed is not in service at this time, please check the number and try your call again, at this point i was not really happy at all, then whikle he was trying with my phone in my car to get my gps to update, which i had just bought a new smart phone, he then proceede to tell me that i should buy a new phone and tryed to tell me that the new phone that i just bought was old, which was not true at all, and the he said that i could afford another phone, i keeped on telling him that i am on a fixed income and i can not afford to keep on buying cellphone's to keep up with things. he also had told me that garmin was not going to be doing gps anymore, when i had called garmin and ask'd them if they were going to stop doing gps they told me that they were still going to be in the gps game, to me that was a big reliefe off of my mind. so gramin helped me get my gps all up to date, and then carl was trying to get me to buy another radio for my car and was telling me that kenwood was not making them anymore, i had talked to garmen and they told me that there is still a few radios like mine out there, but the price like the one i have has gone up. i like doing business at your place, but what i do not like is when someone is trying to gas light me or con me into spending money on something that i am unable to afford. i do like carls work he does do an excellent job, but there has to be a fine line to know when to take a step back and give someone like me a break and let me think about things. it was an employee from your plainville location, in plainville ct

  Qouted me $250, did a great job. Went to go pay and they told me $85. I said I think you made a mistake, you told me $250. He said it was easier than we thought". I said "thank you for your honesty, you could've easily told me $250 and I wouldnt of blinked an eye. There work is exceptional and so is there character.
