  Some of the worst experiences ever had there had them do a fully custom Audio system in my car, which had issues at least once a week and I’d have to bring it in to get it resolved. They told me I was getting the best products I could have come to find out from two other shops they installed absolutely everything wrong and used mid to low tear speakers and didn’t even install them right I contacted them with photos and everything and they told me that’s what I asked for. What shop puts wires in the engine bay that will melt and uses double-sided tape to hold a Twitter?

  Do not allow this group to do your audio they will sell you crap and install it incorrectly and they won't take any ownership of their issues. There are many other well qualified businesses that can install Audio to your vehicle cheaper and better reliability in Newington

  First visit two years ago before the name change was fine. Nothing special or negative. Today, made an appointment last week for 9a. Arrived early. 9:10a, I see the bay is getting washed and cleaned so I drive around. Was told to go to the front and they would let me in. 9:20a, I left and went to a competitor. Wild. Take my keys for the tinting and finish cleaning the bay. Instead, I just sat and wasted time. Good work but unacceptably unprofessional.

  Apparently this is factory standard. My back windows from the factory and completely different. Looks like trash. You would think for $350 bucks for two windows and a sun strip I would at least get a nice looking product that matched all windows. I’ve literally gotten done all my vehicles here and never had this situation. But that’s completely fine because I won’t be coming here anymore

  This place is a joke. Waited 4-days for a speaker box that didn’t fit and was never reordered. Was given the runaround all week!! This place is a joke and I am sure will be out of business sooner than later. Find another place for your audio needs.
