  Chelsea (Manager) and Eli were very professional and prompt when running a diagnosis on my Civic 5AT; Chelsea didn't even hesitate with referring me to a transmission shop when she found a leak that needed to be patched up. Great guys, I'd definitely visit them again for future services!

  Went in for tire valve stem replacement. 2 of them. Walked to autozone next door, came back 10 mins later and my car was parked ready to go! Quick , genuine and reliable shop for sure!

  This is kamal I was just in thier nick the worker knew I came in for a free inspection I scheduled it for free inspection they took one hour very unhelpful I was getting worried like why they taking so long then he comes out and tells me after they finished the car they have to charge me for diagnostics fee 180 I came in for a free inspection he never came to me saying it will be 180 for me to look at you’re car he just did it it just made me mad because I just got scammed I know how bussiensee work he was apolizging to me for not telling me and saying that he can’t do nothing about it I have to pay I didn’t just wanna leave beuse it’s a business but that was a scam to make a couple dollar for the store and he gave me the wrong number for manger when I called monro telling him he gave me the wrong number he just said the boss is busy please if the owner sees this please text me back im mad because I own a business myself that not how you run a business

  I made a reservation for tire rotation. Once I got there, the mechanic said the tire rotation only is not serviceable. Instead, the four wheel service should be done also. I asked why not. He answered it was the manager’s policy. Then, I went to FireStone nearby. It did the tire rotation for me.

  Actually I never got the service I needed. I had a 3 o clock appointment and the man at the front desk asked if I could come back tomorrow because they only had one person on repairs. I was astounded because I had made my plans around for that time and I found it extremely rude and unprofessional. I just turned around and went home very distraught.
