    Had a really annoying experience. I scheduled an appointment for a tire rotation/tire balance on the 11th and the appointment would've been on the 18th. So i Scheduled a week in advance. The appointment was scheduled for 1pm and I called at 11am to reconfirm the appointment. I was told I was good to go and come in as normal. I got there for 1pm and the guy told me he had only 2 techs and wouldn't be able to work on my car that day and turned me away.

    I had purchased a new set of tires and the process of selecting the new tires was arduous at best. Several times we had picked out a brand and I would be informed of the price, then those tires would be out of stock. In the end, I purchased tires that were more expensive than the entire budget I had set aside, spent my entire day at the store, and was told to return soon to get them torqued down. Upon returning, I let the associates both know that a tire pressure sensor was indicating low pressure on one of my tires. They looked at my tires and then told me it would resolve on its own. I have since discovered a screw and gone back to have the hole patched. The tech I spoke to today explained that they were backed up today and that I should try one of their other locations instead. Each time I have gone to this shop I have been disappointed with the interaction and will not be returning in the future.
