- KMKirsten MatiasApr 14, 20261.0As shown in the photos, we had a reservation confirmed for today, April 14, at 9:00 a.m. As my husband was pulling in at 8:59 a.m., he received a voicemail stating that the car we reserved was not available. When he arrived at the counter, the employee attempted to place the blame on my husband, claiming that he had made the reservation yesterday just before closing. However, when my husband presented the confirmation email showing the reservation was made on April 10, four days earlier, the employee immediately stopped speaking. There was no apology, no effort to correct the issue, and no attempt to offer a different vehicle or any reasonable solution. This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. A confirmed reservation should be honored, or at the very least handled with honesty, accountability, and basic customer service. Instead, we were met with blame, poor communication, and no effort to make the situation right. We are very disappointed with the way this was handled and expect this matter to be addressed.
