  I really like how they treat their customers but they should not have to clean them u should clean them if u rent from them. When I got home omg I shampooed the seats and eeewww. People have some consideration on their vehicles. I did take pictures of the water but I will not post them cause it’s not enterprises fault they should not have to clean them. Have some consideration people. Clean them before you return it!!!!!!

  Staff we dealt with was friendly and professional. We did have a problem with a malfunctioning control of the rear hatch of the Nissan Rogue we rented which was unfortunate, because we had a packed schedule which the car was essential to, leaving us no time to swap for a replacement vehicle.
