  We’ve been coming to this Enterprise location for a while now, and it’s easy to see why we keep coming back. Joe consistently goes above and beyond. His customer service is genuinely exceptional every single time. The cars are always in great shape, and everything is ready when we need it. If you want a rental experience that’s stress-free and reliable, this is the place.

  Terrible customer communication I’ve been jerked around for 2 days regarding renting a vehicle. Don’t waste your time doing business with them I found out the hard way.

  I had a car accident and i had to go through the other drivers insurance to get a car, at first they didnt offer to do direct billing, i spoke to an agent with enterprise who said that they have done that before with that insurance, i proceeded to fight with the insurance company and was able to get them to agree to do direct billing, I was able to get the car for a few weeks, they fought me on the return date and would not extend it until the MRI appointment i had on May 1st, I then spoke to the reps at enterprise who were very kind and accomodating and were able to let me rent the car until that Sunday, Joe and Joey at the New Milford Ct location were great, very professional and helped me along the way. I highly recommend Enterprise for their great service!
