  I was hesitant to use this location after an awful experience about 5/6 years ago. Glad I gave them a second try. Dealing with my insurance company has been chaos and everyone here has been extremely patient, helpful and understanding. Shout out to Joe for going above and beyond for me during my terrible car situation. Going forward when I need a rental, this is where I will be coming to!

  Unfortunately, my car was hit at a rest stop in NJ but I was fortunate enough to be hit by someone who took full responsibility. I went through her company, Geico, who took great care of my car repair at Danbury Collision Center in New Milford and providing me with a rental through Enterprise, also in New Milford. Shout out to Joe who let me trade out a car I wasn’t comfortable in for one that was great! It’s nice to deal with a company that knows how to accommodate the customer!!! Would highly recommend Joe and his staff!!! Thx, Mia Burch

  The New Milford office is by far The best experience I’ve had renting cars. Picked up and dropped off from this office many times now and every single time it’s quick, simple and easy!

  Needed a rental while my vehicle was getting repaired. The guys were great had what I wanted and had me on my way quickly. Easy return with no hassle and back on my way quickly. Would absolutely use them again!

  My husband and I always chose enterprise for renting a car. They are always quick and knowledgeable. We always feel comfortable in their cars.
