  Isaura and Joshua did a great job letting me know everything they did and also what I needed to get done. Chris was the bottom guy so hey to him too. I always enjoy coming here. Attitudes always pleasant.

  Was my 1st time going there and the team was awesome. They answered all my questions nicely and patiently and gave me excellent information and recommendations. The free wash and discount coupons are also a plus!

  The associates what above and beyond. I had to replace my head light and they didn’t have it in stock so they told me to go across the street and purchase it and bring it back and they would put it in and they did. Love this Vavoline.

  Just wanted to give a shoutout to Erica and her team at the Colman Street Valvoline shop. Stopped by to have my Jeep tires rotated and received excellent service from the team there. Erica leads her team with professionalism and knowledge, she’s a natural leader quick to share her knowledge and insight with her team and the customer. Great job - will definitely recommend this location to my team for auto service.

  I brought my van in for an oil and filter change. I drove out $466 poorer. The team member was a great sales person. He got me good. My AC refrigerant was "low". My radiator coolant needed to be replaced. I had an oil leak on the top of my engine, so I needed an oil additive to stop the leak. I can't remember if there was anything else. I can't look at the receipt, it will piss me off too much. I have always done my own oil changes and was busy so I brought it in for that. Big mistake. I'm never doing that again. My fault for be a gullible dumbass but the team members sales pitch got me hook, line, and sinker. I understand upselling but that was ridiculous. I'm embarrassed to even post this but Valvoline sent me a survey and it asked me if I wanted to post it to Google. So here it is. Hopefully, somebody reads this and goes just for the oil change. I recommend doing it themselves or bring it to a real mechanic for an oil change and to look over your vehicle any problems.
