  Hicieron un mal diagnóstico .. cuando llegue les dije que recién había comprado el carro y que no sabía mucho .. me pidieron que prenda el ac ..así que prendí solo el ventilador.. no sabía que había que presionar el botón del ac …nunca verificaron que el ac estuviera prendido … siempre estuvo apagado cuando hicieron el diagnóstico, luego me convencieron de cambiarlo porque la presión estaba en rojo , cuando intentaron verificar después del cambio ,vieron que su indicador de presión no funcionaba como debería y seguía marcando en rojo y es ahí cuando el chico que me atendió llamó a alguien .. y ahí se dieron cuenta que el ac estaba apagado.. cuando les pregunté si aún con el ac apagado el diagnóstico era correcto , me dijeron que si . Cuando reclame xq hice mis averiguaciones , me citaron para ver el video , no quisieron que lleve a alguien que sepa del tema como un mecánico .. por temas de “seguridad “, les dije que no sabía mucho del tema aun así acepté la cita .. porque ellos insistían que en el video salía que el compresor estaba “prendido” … cuando fui a la cita , el manager no estuvo , según ellos se confundieron en la fecha , querían que lo espere una hora o que coordinara otro día , así que nunca pude ver el tal video , y por temas disque de “seguridad” no te lo pueden mandar al correo , intenté atenderlo por teléfono , y empezo a decir una versión totalmente diferente y ya no trataron de decir lo del compresor ahora me decían que el chico me preguntó varias veces prender el ac y que lo verifico .. cuando nunca fue así .. el solo verifico que estuviera saliendo aire más nunca verifico que el botón estuviera prendido .. incluso le dije que me parecía raro que no funcione xq el ac estuvo funcionando bien cuando me vendieron el carro …así que no quise escucharlo más .. me estaban haciendo perder el tiempo y mi tranquilidad . Es mejor que ustedes mismos graben cuando hacen el diagnóstico … no volvería jamás con ellos … solo buscan su beneficio más no tu bienestar …

  Was there for two hours the two guys on my car had no clue what they were doing, they lost a push pin for my car and didn’t have one to replace it. After watching them fumble for 30 min trying to put my cabin air filter back in and they couldn’t even put the plastic back on it I called over the assistant manager who actually knew what he was doing and I asked him to re do everything which he did. But two hours there for an oil change and a filter and the mechanics if that’s what they were had no idea what they were doing. Come on I could have gone to the dealer and got it done faster, done right, and lastly left with all the parts I came in with. I’ve never seen a worse shop.
