I recently purchased my Volvo XC60 and brought it in for a safety inspection and software update. Given the holiday, the service department was understandably very busy, and I was initially informed that my vehicle may not be ready until 4:30 PM, even though I arrived at 8:30 AM. While this was not the most encouraging news, I appreciated the transparency and remained focused on ensuring my vehicle was safe and properly serviced. Upon arrival, Julie kindly reiterated the expected timeline and kept me informed. To my surprise, just three hours later, my vehicle was ready and had successfully passed all checks. The efficiency, professionalism, and communication throughout the process truly exceeded my expectations.
