- GSGeorge SchmidtAug 10, 20265.0⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ SECOR Volvo – Outstanding Service During a long trip from Manhattan, Kansas to Niantic, Connecticut, our 2020 Volvo XC60 developed an engine warning light in the middle of severe storms and tornado activity. I called SECOR Volvo in New London and spoke with Service Advisor Tyonni Hernandez, who immediately arranged a same‑day appointment timed perfectly with our arrival. When we arrived, Mr. Hernandez checked us in quickly and guided us to their excellent waiting area — clean, comfortable, with coffee, snacks, and cold drinks. We also met members of the sales team who were friendly, supportive, and professional. The diagnostic results were thankfully minor, and we were able to continue our trip with peace of mind. The professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency of the entire SECOR Volvo team were exceptional. We are truly grateful for their help during a stressful travel day. Highly recommended.
