The sales process went well, including arranging for a PPI from an independent shop and some bodyshop repairs completed pre-purchase. However, two other items that were supposed to be performed; alignment of door glass and replacement of windshield washer tubing were insufficient at the time. The glass repair was unsatisfactory. They were also asked to fix/replace the damaged washer lines. As it turns out, the washer parts arrived late (after car shipped). However, Hoffman reimbursed me for the glass and washer lines replacement from my local independent shop after taking delivery. I appreciate them following up on these items post-delivery.
