- KBKim BenoitJul 23, 20261.0I would be very careful renting from Enterprise. I had a confirmed reservation early that morning. Then, just 30 minutes before the branch closed, I received a call saying they had no vehicles available. When I asked the associate what happened, he told me they had known for about an hour before calling me, leaving me very little time to find another rental. I immediately called Enterprise's main customer service line, where I was assured another nearby Enterprise location had a vehicle available. They made me a second confirmed reservation. When I arrived, they also had no cars. Not only was I left without transportation after two confirmed reservations, but no one offered an apology or a meaningful solution. I escalated the issue, and more than five hours later, I still had not received a callback. A confirmed reservation should mean a vehicle is available. This was an extremely frustrating experience, and I hope others don't have to go through the same thing. I see your response I have called twice and have escalated it. I am waiting for enterprise to call me!
