They made you check in early just to make you wait 15 minutes to then tell you that you need more documentation for the car that you're renting because " you need a credit card to rent" which isn't true. They also canceled the previous reservations that you have made and dont fix their mistakes. Honestly worst service ever.

After my rental was towed by a shady town company they answered every call and did everything they could to help my situation. When the tow company refused to release the vehicle (which was illegal) they made sure I was in a new rental car within the hour free of charge as a rental swap. While returning my rental I saw them interact with a frustrated customer with kindness and courtesy. They will do everything they can to help.

How can they advertise luxury vehicles and then refuse to provide a refund when they fail to deliver? I've tried multiple times to switch vehicles and make things right, but they just keep giving me the runaround. It's a complete joke that they think they can get away with this kind of behavior. To anyone thinking about filing a complaint with their internal office or the BBB, don't bother. It's a waste of time.
