- VWVirginia Wright2 days ago1.0At company event, company car broke down. Needed a rental car to get back home. Booked with enterprise. Next morning, get notified that there is no car available. Called and talked to an agent that sent us to a town 35 mins away. We get an uber to that location and on the way they call and say “ Sorry, we have no cars available”. Would not help, just said sorry. We show up at Enterprise since that is where our uber had to leave us off. Sitting in their parking lot with our luggage and bags, waiting for a new uber and heading to Budget 30 mins away. They have a car!

Both vehicles I had were clean, free of odors, and did not have any problems. I highly recommend this location and will choose it again if I need a rental in the future.
- MQMarion QuiriciJun 23, 20261.0UNACCEPTABLE. When you reserve a rental car, they should RESERVE you a CAR. PERIOD. That's their whole job. This place told us they had "no cars on the lot" an hour before our pickup time, completely ruining our trip. We need a car to get to where we're going! Imagine having to spend a night stranded in an unfamiliar city with nothing to do, no public transportation, nowhere to stay at the last minute... Enterprise didn't even apologize or act like this was out of the ordinary. They're not even sure if they'll have any cars tomorrow! They tell you to call another branch, who tells you the "area manager" will be in touch, and the whole day passes with apparently no cars available anywhere in Connecticut. How is it even legal to do this to people?
