  Really really bad. Monthly card holder After hours or weekend parking frequently cannot get in (or out). Emergency call system in terrible shape and they could not open gates in emergency if stuck. Yesenia (emergency call person) hung up on me a couple times after getting my info because she “couldn’t hear me anymore”. Phone called- she couldn’t figure out how to open gate. A safety hazard for sure. Huge red flags.

  Overall okay place to park but every few months there's a major problem - the garage door won't open, card reader won't work, or they'll randomly shut the system down blocking all access for a couple of days.
