  Horribly designed. There are no paint lines, so people park like they’ve never driven before and take up too much space, so it ends up taking ages to get to the very top of the garage at 7am. Seems like the garage is extremely poorly managed and run

  I’ve never left a review before but i think it’s important for people to know that trying to leave after hours is unreliable, even though the parking garage claims to be 24hrs. A group of people were stuck outside with me at 10:40pm because the ticket scanner to get in after hours was not working and the gates were closed, thankfully there were people inside who could let us in. When i was finally able to leave I paid on my phone, expecting to be able to scan my ticket and leave, but i had a pay a $2 late fee on top of my $18 parking fee at the gate because i left after hours…even though the parking garage claims to be 24hrs?

  Absolutely worst customer service experience I’ve had. Had an issue with the credit card machine and spoke with customer service and was told to figure it out for myself. Truly awful experience.

  Like they really are no help the lady did not help at all just kept saying about the card like wheres the pay I'm like I'm trying to figure it out

  Best way to park. Prepay with parkwiz app! Even though it said lot was closed, you go in and park. No worries!
