  The easiest way to rent a car is with Enterprise. The service was overwhelmingly excellent.

  Isan and the team at the Enterprise on Kimberly Ave are terrific! They were kind, helpful, and efficient. The car and location was clean and like new. A+.

  Originally setup for Branford to be told that they were too busy for the time selected. Went to Kimberly Ave in New Haven. I was taken care of there with great customer service but it was inconvenient and out of the way. After extending it for a week I tried to bring the car back to Branford. I called 3 times for different people to tell me they were working on changing the truck return site. No call no follow up. All times I received the same message that someone will contact me and that possible for an extra charge to change the return site. Unacceptable. So I returned it to Kimberly Ave with a full tank of gas, clean exterior and clean interior. Because of Enterprise inability to accommodate I will not return and will not recommend to any one. Only bright star was the staff at Kimberly Ave. Customer service did not help on the phone. Branford Enterprise was deplorable. No call no contact from some “regional” manager. I cannot express how disappointed I am in this experience.

  I still don't understand why you closed on a Sunday good way too add an extra day to your bill.
