The reservation process was smooth, the staff was professional and friendly, and the vehicle was clean, comfortable, and in great condition. Pickup and return were both quick and hassle-free, which made my trip much easier and more enjoyable. I especially appreciated their customer service and attention to detail. Everything was exactly as promised, with no surprises. I would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service and quality vehicles.
- JCJose Cadiz5 days ago1.0Horrible experience I reserved a car a week ago and did not receive any correspondence about Dislocation not having vehicle vehicles I arrived to the location and they lied and said they called me multiple times to let me know that They did not have any vehicles. The individuals in here were rude, and we were extremely unprofessional. Don’t ever rent from this place

- SSSuzanneApr 11, 20265.0When I made the reservation thru the main number the night before and requested a pick up at my hotel, the local office didnt get the message and didnt have a driver available so I had to uber. The clerk gave me an additional 10% discount on an already discounted reservation, free GPS, and told me to bring back an empty tank and I wouldnt be charged for gas used. The additional savings was more than the cost of uber so it worked out for the better. The staff was very accomodating. I would rent from them again.
