Had to go else where despite advertising they do the service there. I'll be doing my oil change and tire rotation altogether at the location i had went to. It's stupid to do half the job there and the other half somewhere else. For the price you guys charge for an oil change I can get both a tire rotation and oil change for that same price or less. I simply came for a tire rotation and an oil change because who wants to run around when you can get it done in one spot and one shot? Monroe took me in and did the service you guys failed to do all because you guys didn't have a jack to do my tire rotation?! What shop on this blessed given country don't have a jack?! That's like a dentist not having toothpaste or floss. How the heck you not have a jacket on the shop floor?! That or ya bsing me and didn't want to do the tire rotation. Save us time and trouble and stop promoting it when half the time ya don't do it due to timing. Forget it, I was there first everyone has to wait just like I did. The job gone get done regardless you don't gutta kill yourself. Worry less about times and more about providing good valuable service. Telling me yall don't have a car jack was the Funniest and most AMATURE thing a shop or a service provider could've ever told me!!! Lmfaoooo 😂😂😂 because you guys don't have the proper tools to get the services I need to be done i will now be going to Monroe for all my services because they can do it all in one shot! They're equipped and prepared! They can take my money again! I'll be recommending them to my peers. I was customer with you guys for years, am I glad I found someone who can do it better and less of an hassle! Be more like Monroe 😁 CONVENIENT AND EFFICENT!
